The Fabulous Fox Theatre first opened in 1929 as a movie palace in William Fox's motion picture empire. The theatre was reopened in 1982, and today it is one of the most exquisite venues in the country to enjoy live touring Broadway shows, concerts, and comedians. We hope you'll visit us for an upcoming show or one of our guided tours!

Saw a Beatles show here recently and nice theater as always. Drinks are pretty pricey and no video or picture rule isn't cool but I get it. Not really a bad seat in the place. Workers are friendly and helpful. Better place for a show or play then concerts in my opinion as far as the atmosphere goes.

We saw Alton Brown's Eat Your Science show there. Beautiful, beautiful theatre. Not a bad seat in the house. Drinks are pricey. For two Crown & Cokes and two waters it was $41. My intermission trip to the ladies' room was interesting. Employees keep the line moving fast by directing people to open bathroom stalls. I appreciated that. I feel... More

The Fox is a venue that us well worth the visit above and beyond the show you are there to see. Arrive early to enjoy the beautiful decor and a cocktail. The staff are very attentive and every show is truly an enjoyable event.

An old, historic building. The detail of the architecture is amazing. The acoustics are great. They bring great acts and shows. One of the best venues in the city.

We attended the final performance of The Illusionists. We called ahead to confirm that they would not be "sold out". The polite person on the other end explained that we could save the online ticket fee by just buying our tickets there, and that there were "plenty" of seats remaining. We drove by The Fox the day before, just to... More

We were invited to join some friends and family members to see the opening night performance of The Illusionist's show at the "Fabulous" Fox Theater this past Friday night, 3/31/17. It has been a while since we attended a show at this Grand dame of a palatial theater off of Grand Ave. near the SLU campus in downtown St. Louis.... More

The Fabulous Fox can not be beat for beauty and elegance. Season tickets are the way to go if you can. I recommend going early and eating at a one of the many local establishments...They are all fairly good and in walking distance and then you have your choice of parking. Expect to pay $10 unless you are lucky or... More

My husband and I recently saw Cabaret at the Fox Theatre. The Theatre staff were wonderful and share lots of very interesting facts about the theatre. We visit Saint Louis frequently for baseball games. We will be keeping the this on the radar for future performances.
