The Caveman Zipline was truly a wonderful experience for our entire family! My daughter wanted to zipline with her family and friends for her birthday. For some of us, it was our first time. Zach and John made this experience VERY enjoyable and fun and even sang happy birthday to our daughter as we landed at the last tower. Both... More

Our tour guide was Garrett and he was wonderful. Very thorough and full of great information. It was just gorgeous. We panned for gems and arrow heads afterwards. They also had riverboat tours and ziplines but we didn't do those. Would definitely recommend and definitely will try to get back again.

We were a group of sixteen ranging in age from 5 to 71. We all enjoyed the tour and were wishing we could see/explore more. The were some great formations! So, if you are looking to see an excellent cave this is one!

The cave is very touristy. I have been to many different caves and this one seemed to be the most touristy. The path was a concrete sidewalk. You pay 22.50 a person and spend most of the time back tracking. It wasn't my favorite cave tour by far. The kids liked the presentation at the end. The group was fairly... More

We LOVED our walking tour of Meramec Caverns! I had 2 crabby children with me and we were looking for something to do over spring break. My daughter is 9 and my son is 13. They are not very adventurous, but they absolutely loved the tour. They thought the caverns were "so cool" and they want to bring their cousins... More

Incredible Day trip from St.Louis Metro Area....If you've never been or it's been awhile it's definitely worth a trip again. The price is a little on the steep side $22 for adults so just realize that before you head round trip around 100 miles. Make sure to go down by the water and enjoy the scenery...Missouri will always amaze you... More

This was a nice family event. We learned a lot and it was an easy walk. (There is a set of stairs that are high, but you can opt out of that part) There is a little restaurant that was kid friendly. It is a good stop off of the highway to stretch your legs and see God's amazing creation.

We had friends in town for a few days from Germany and they were extremely interested in the history of Jesse James, etc. Checked out the website this morning (3/3/2017) for hours, etc.; all appeared to be "a go". Drove out there to be told they are not conducting any cave tours until sometime next week because they were doing... More

This is an amazing place. Not only being inside the caverns, but the surrounding area is also beautiful. I would go here just to fish in the stream or river that flows by. But I must admit that I'm glad I visited here when I was younger, because as I'm getting older, I'm getting a bit claustrophobic. Make sure you... More

We were there towards the end of September, after the summer crowds. Turns out we were the only ones on our tour - so the pacing and engagement was great and added to the experience. We go to see where Jodi Foster played Becky in Tom Sawyer movie, where Lassie saved Timmy from a cave, where Jesse and Frank James... More
