It was our families first time here for a play. It is definitely intimate seating. We were very close but I realized I could have sat in the back and still saw everything clearly. Nice venue but a little pricey. We showed up in dress clothes and felt a little over dressed. Many people had jeans on...

We went to see "To Kill a Mockingbird" at the Rep on Sunday afternoon, mostly because I knew that my brother-in-law, Alan Knoll, was in it. He was great as usual, but we really loved the whole production, the staging, the African-American chorus that sang spiritual songs to support the action of the play and the casting, which included several... Miller's great play was delivered with passion and excellence. Kate Keller was tragic and mad; Joe delivered with grace and sorrow, and Chris the Isaac who gets the last twist of the knife. What a performance!

Attending the second preview night was an excellent choice as there were a number of Rush tickets available at $20 each. We ended up with some in 6th row back center stage which normally would have been $64+ each. The performance of All My Sons was excellent and with its many layers of plot kept one involved and thinking. It... More

Earlier this week we took our granddaughter to the showing of A Christmas Carol. To say the least, it was a tremendous production. The Rep is our favorite venue for live shows. It's much more intimate than other locations such as the Fox Theater and there truly isn't a bad seat in the house.

I have been a season subscriber to the Rep for over 25 years, and have rarely been disappointed. While I have, of course, enjoyed some productions more than others, I have always found the quality of the theatre outstanding: talented actors, clever sets, costumes and staging. Personally, I prefer to be exposed to a wide variety of plays, both classic... More

We have season tickets and have not seen a bad show here in 10 years. This season (2016-17) began with a spectacular version of Follies. The ambience is not that great in the lobby. The theater is in the half round so there is not a bad seat in the house.

Just enjoyed Sondheim's "FOLLIES" at The Rep. I couldn't help comparing it to the previous productions (and revivals) of this incredible work that I have seen. The quality of The Rep's presentation is superb... artists, musicians, costumes and lighting all first rate. No, it was not "Broadway Ready" but the very best production I have seen apart from New York... More

When visiting home we always try to catch one of the summer Opera's. The outing was Macbeth! This is a very lovely place. The lawn and flowers surrounding the theatre are something to behold. The picnic tables are green a white set under big white tents. I loved the pre boxed dinners you can order a head of time. Theatre... More

The Rep is a great local theatre that focuses mostly on dramas. We'd attend it more if it offered more musicals and extended it's season into the early summer when we have returned from Florida.
