Great time, fast lanes and friendly people !! I would recommend going but I would get as many people together as you can in your group. Your rate goes down if you get more people.

We took the whole family for a weekend trip and was completely satisfied. Keep in mind, it's no Colorado ski resort, but with the travel time to Snow Creek being considerably shorter (about 1/4 the time by automobile) for us and without a more expensive...More

This is a great local place to ski. If you are expecting Winter Park or Vail, you are out of luck. The employees were very friendly, and the kids really enjoyed the tubing. I am not sure I would ski, the track looked like an...More

This was our first skiing trip and I am glad we started here. The employees are awesome and the instructors know their stuff. Our family of four (two 10 year old boys) had the best time when we went here to celebrate the New Year...More

Great place for group visits considering what the central mid-west has to offer. Less than an hour drive from Kansas City.

A great place to ski when you can't get away to the Rockies. Good for beginners to brush up their skills, newbies to learn, or for people who haven't skied in a while to dust off the cobwebs.

Snow Creek is a wonderful place to take first time skiers and a good place to brush up on your own skills before hitting the slopes in CO. We brought our family for the first time and it was a great experience for the Grandkids....More

Good day and thank you for taking the time in answering my question. I'm traveling with one adult a 2, 9 & 10 year old looking for a good ski resort for beginners during spring break March 10-15th(we've never been). The choice is either in Weston or CO I'm pretty much going for Weston just because it's closer to where we live. My only concern is that in Weston I've read that the snow is artificial since currently we've been having 70° weather here in KC (which is not too far I believe)will it be as fun to go here(Weston) or wait until its colder. Or, should we travel to Colorado? If so what city & resort would you recommend. Thank you S/N I apologize in advance for grammar.... this auto text is not the greatest at times.
