We chose Yellowstone Cellars & Winery based on TripAdvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. The wines are made from the grapes from Washington & we were allowed to sample any that we wished (along with cheese & some cured meats). The service and level of welcome that we received was absolutely phenomenal. Great time, good wine - who could... More

We had a delightful tasting experience on a busy Saturday afternoon, including an extended conversation with the owner, Clint Peck. We enjoyed all of the wines, and found them drinkable and reasonably priced. The business model is a little different from most of the wineries we are familiar with in California. Here, the emphasis is not just on the wine,... More

Great wines, great atmosphere, fabulous owners and staff! Grapes grown in Yakima Valley WA and aged, bottled and labeled in Montana.

Stopped based on reviews. Happy that we did. Surprised to find they do not offer flights. They let you taste anything you want, then you buy by the glass. Grapes are from Washington state. Wine was surprisingly good to us (we've visited a number of wineries across the country). We bought a few bottles, and will be checking to see... More

If you're in Billings, you like wine, and you don't stop here, you will be doing yourself a disservice. I wish I could keep this place a secret so that it doesn't get too popular or the wines don't sell out too fast though! We know wine and we know GOOD wine and I had low expectations visiting a winery... More

We decided to stop by since it was my birthday. What great place. The manager is fantastic and shared some great tips on wine with us and then shared some places we had to go to on our way to Mt Rushmore. Could not have been friendlier and better yet the wine was great. Red or white both were good.

Nice place for a change of pace in Billings. Serves wine only, and therefore has a bit different set of customers than your normal bar/beer joint. Live music weekend evenings. Pleasant atmosphere.
