The road to Palisade trailhead was closed to vehicle traffic. We chose to walk the 1 mile to the trailhead. There was snow along the side of the road which our son enjoyed playing in. Unfortunately there was also a ton of dog poop on...More

An amazing easy hike and friendly for all levels. During summer I should say. Paved so strollers, scooters etc are able to navigate.

The hike is pretty short & easy...paved most of the way. Dead ends at waterfall...no where else to go...it's a pretty little water fall off a cliff...not spectacular for sure...but a fun little hike especially if you are with really little kiddos, or other people...More

Not easy to get to during winter - roads are one way and last mile was closed. Beautiful area to explore.

This is a great short hike that can be done in about an hour or so. Lots of parking and pretty scenery.

Went here in 2015, hiked with another mom, a 1 year old, 3 year old and a 12 year old. it was a good hike but doable for them. not to many people till you get to the falls it's self. worth the hike

The hike to Palisade falls is only about 1/4 mile, and the reward is large! Beautiful waterfall that allows for great picture taking.

It all depends on how fit you are. I would say the average is about 45 minutes each way. There are a few steep areas don't be afraid to stop and catch your breath. Have fun! and remember to take some pictures.
