This candy shop was AMAZING!!! It looked like you had gone back in time. Large selection of candy and gifts. They allowed us to sample some products and the fudge was delicious. I would recommend anyone to stop here and check it out. Not your every day candy store!

Been a long time since I had Sugar Babies. Good cinnamon bears too! Their chocolate covered caramel with cashews was delicious! Perfect treat after lunch.

We visit regularly. We stopped in today to purchase a Christmas gift. There were numerous choices for gifts. We, of course, had to get ourselves some treats too. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The store is warm and welcoming. I love the uniqueness of it. It is a must visit.

Went to the Sweet Place during the week. Lots of candy choices. Thought it would be a great place to take the grandkids, so we brought them up on Saturday. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! Not open Saturdays. Poor kids; couldn't keep our promise to them. LOUSY< LOUSY HOURS OF OPERATION!!!!!!!

Since I'm a diabetic, a candy shop is normally a non-event for me. However, I had heard that the Sweet Palace had some sugar-free options so in I went. They had a huge selection of no-sugar/low-sugar candies...for once I didn't feel left out of the fun! I bought a few of this and a few more of that...all of it... More

This candy store is like no other that I have experienced. Volumes of hard candies, taffy made right there, chocolates, and fudge of all flavors. The taffy is the best - soft and very flavorful. I bought several of the pre-made bags just because I didn't want to take the time to select candies from the many many containers of... More

If you can't find the candy you want here, you don't need it. Be sure to check out the old cash register. Walk around upstairs. There is seating to rest or get a photo of the entire store. Look up...the old pink ceiling is amazing! You will be warmly greeted & given a free taffy sample. Be sure to look... More

If you are very old, you will find the candy choices from your youth here. Miss May Jane's, Kix's, root beer barrels, etc., you will find them here. Taffy in a multitude of flavors, jelly beans, taffy, in huckleberry or licorice or any other rare and exotic flavor, found as well. Pick your own mix in the bags found along... More
