We were here with our two sons for an evening art class. The class was offered through Meadow Lake Resort in Columbia Falls. We all had a great time painting a piece of pottery and enjoyed meeting new people. I loved how our boys mingled with older people. Creativity and fun from ages 4 to 104!

Stumptown Art Studio is a great place for kids and adults alike. Create a ceramic piece or try you hand at glass fusion. Very helpful staff.

This art studio was a great hands-on activity for my boys (4 and 6) while on vacation. Kids can choose between painting ceramics or creating a mosaic. My boys chose ceramics. The paint colors are displayed perfectly, showing what they will look like once put in the kiln. When done painting, masterpieces take one week to go through the kiln,... More

Fun place to paint and kill a Sunday. My kids love it, it can get a little expensive when they want to paint everything 😀 but still fun. They also have glass work which is fun.

I am familiar with paint-your-own pottery studios, however, Stumptown offers more than just pottery alone with their mosaics and glass fusion. This is great if you are only going to be in town for a short while and are not able to wait for your pottery to be fired... and don't want to pay exhorbitant postage fees to have your... More

This amazing non-profit art studio and gallery offers a place to make fused glass, make mosaic art and paint pottery and take art classes. It's a community art center and welcomes visitors. My grandkids love to make art when they come on vacation. Check online for their classes and art happenings.

On a rainy afternoon we wandered into the shop & painted several items. Great helpful staff, rushed our items through the kiln for early pick up, now have special mementos. A most lovely memory of whitefish.

This is an art studio open to anyone. It has paint your own pottery, which they then fire for you. I like doing the fused glass, where you arrange stained glass pieces and then they get melted together in a kiln. The staff is so helpful and willing to teach techniques. It's a great place to spend an afternoon making... More
