Inexpensive evening with the family and kids. Buffalo Bill's house is all decorated it to the tea with Christmas decorations in every room in numerous trees. Hayrides are also great for the kids. Can you could have fresh roasted chest nuts.

The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas! All the trees in each room were amazing. And seeing Santa was a plus! Outside we enjoyed a cup of hot cider and cookies.

This is a wonderful place for an informative and interesting visit. The house and barn have many highlights from the past when buffalo bill cody lived in north platte. Great for families and I especially like going out to the grounds at christmas time for a horse pulled wagon ride with chessnuts and cider along with carolers. A must see... More

As others have said, the grounds are spectacular & the house is very well kept. For us, however, the highlight of our visit was the opportunity to learn about the man and not the showman. We took the evening lantern tour and if you have the opportunity to do so, do not let it pass. Our guides played the roles... More

We arrived too late. They close at 5pm. We were able to glimpse The outside of the house and could see the barn. We could not come back the next day due to other commitments but will make it a point to get there in time the next trip through the area.

The grounds are spectacular and the house is well maintained. They continuely change the memorabilia in the house. I liked it better when they had a docent take you through but it's still worth the time to tour.

On the trip we do not go inside, the cost was $2.00 and I did not have cash and did not use a credit card. But, the ranch is beautiful

If your a fan of the old west and Buffalo Bill then you need to see this. This is his home he had built which was finished in 1886. He lived here until 1913. This is where he retired to after the Wild West Show was over. You have to pay $2 for the tour plus $5 for a one... More
