After a trip to Red Rock Canyon Las Vegas, we decided to turn right off the scenic drive rather than left to head back to the strip. So glad we did when we ran in to this little ranch off the beaten path with a...More

If you are tired of the Las Vegas strip and want a day out of town, then head to Bonnie Springs. There is a petting zoo, trail rides, great restaurant and western town. Gives yo a western cowboy town feeling.

In all my Vegas trips I never knew this place existed. Now I'll go every trip. It's about a 20-30 min drive out of town with little services, so gas up and bring water and supplies. But Sooooo worth the trip. This is basically like...More

An old wild west theme ranch - spent a fun day watching a performance and visiting the petting zoo. Nice location near Red Rock Canyon. Offers a train ride and has food/drink on site for purchase. Interesting buildings from the old western days. Fun for...More

This feels like a gimmick at first, but then when you hang around, you really detect its charm. What a sweet and energetic experience to be outdoors in an old west setting, viewing historical or vintage images from that time period, and imagining yourself in...More

At 1st I felt like I wasted my time, but after exploring and learning its history, it was pretty cool. More of a family attraction or for parties, but cool. Several small museums, petting zoo, wax museum tour, saloon, and several shows. The wax museum...More

We were going horse back riding at the location, which is well worth it by the way. We popped in to Bonnie springs whilst we waited for our riding slot. It seemed very quiet, but think it was as it was midweek and out of...More

Breakfast was delicious and the portions were good size. I think with food and drink, about 15$ a person.

I remember riding a bay horse named Charlie on the trail once. What is or was his breed?

bay horses relate to the colour not the breeding. there are over 50 horses and ponies at bonnie spring so identifying the horse only by its colour is not practical unless the colour was unusual.
