We visited the Fremont Street Experience around 9:00pm on a Sunday night. The lights from the canopy, casinos, and Zip-line was better in person than we expected. We enjoyed viewing the local artisans, performers, and musicians also. We understand that this is an open street area visited by tourist and locals alike, but congregating local teens blocking certain areas of the street kind of diminished the visit. They weren’t disrespectful, but should take consideration when people are walking or trying to get by, including limiting their use of foul language when families are near. I should have done my research more before visiting this particular area of Vegas. I assumed that Fremont Street had more eateries with outside access, but if seemed that everything was closed, or you had to enter a casino to find one. We’ll revisit Fremont Street when we return. The Covid restrictions in place, and Covid in itself seems to have impacted this area more than the venues on The Strip.
