The DISCOVERY Museum kept my kids entertained for several hours. There are three levels packed with activities and fun, engaging exhibits. I try really hard to get my kids off their tablets and out of the house. This place let's them just be kids and explore new environments so they are never bored. The staff is really friendly and helpful.... More

Spent the whole day there with two young boys and weren't short of anything to do/learn. The Water World was a massive hit with the 8 year old, who would have happily spent all day investigating there, getting soaked to the skin! When I did drag them away, the Summit was a great design. It gave them chance for some... More

To break it down fast an easy: I took 3 kids to this museum, 4,3,2 years of age. The 2 & 3 year old played in the water for hours and the 4 year old only wanted to play in the center climbing stairs. The main reason why they didn't really go into other "exhibits" is due to the fact... More

Our four year old granddaughter picked this place to celebrate her birthday. There are lots of things to climb. I was impressed by the creative play area - a pirate ship, a stage, a castle, costumes. It is a place where children can pretend and play. There are also educational displays that are interactive. It was busier than we expected... More

Two girls ages 7 & 5 had a great 3 hours working there way through the 3 different floors. The climbing seemed to be the best part for them. We will bring them again on future trips to Vegas. The staff was very involved when needed and close by at all times.

We decided to take our 7 year old to visit the Children's Discovery Museum and he had a ball. This is definitely a place for children not afraid to explore different activities. Plan your visits when there aren't school field trips as it will prolong your visit. When our visit initially started around 1100am, there were approximately 8 school buses... More

Visited with kids 12, 8 and 4. They all loved it and we spend a very fun packed afternoon. Each of the exhibit rooms are really different and interesting: the air-sea rescue room and the investigation in the old mine were highlights. The whole museum is anchored around a huge climbing frame that is worth the visit by itself! The... More

This a fun and educational place not only for children but also for adults. We had fun at the grocery store area. The children pretended to be cashiers and we were the shoppers. I specially liked the area were we will build a car from legos and see how fast it will run through the tracks. They have an annual... More

When you travel with young children, you have to find ways to entertain them, and that often means paying a visit to places designed with kids in mind. Children’s museums are an obvious choice and during a family vacation to Las Vegas, we did indeed find time to take the kiddos to this attraction, Discovery Children’s Museum. At Discovery Children’s... More
