Limo was really late picking us up, Elvis did not sing the song songs we requested but he was entertaining only had seconds to post the live feed, it was allot of fun though for sure was told to pick up the pictures the next day the address was incorrect on the trip advisor so it cost us extra to get to the proper address which was a wasted trip pictures were very expensive so we did not purchase.
We did have fun but there were some hiccups and no reimbursement for the hiccups.

We were married at The Chapel of Love and it was the best. I laughed and cried and the staff and "Elvis" made it a day I'll never forget. My flowers were beautiful and it was exactly what we expected.

We got married June 6th, I was so excited I kinda didn't think things through, I got the limo, not realizing how close the chapel really was to our hotel and decided to cancel it at the very last minute, well they were so very helpful and considerate, even though it was probably a pain to them, when we arrived via lyft, very early for our time slot, they still showed us nothing but patience and understanding, we were super excited afterall. We had a lot of laughs with them and the ceremony was sweet and lovely. I am very happy we chose this chapel to finally take our next step in our lives together.

Their limo driver tool is to the wrong place. I got nothing I paid for and they are being completely unresponsive to my attempts to reach out.

We booked our wedding with Destination Las Vegas/ Wedding Chapel in the Sky 8 months in advance. I confirmed the details multiple times leading to the wedding. 3 hours before the wedding, they called to say we couldn’t use the High Roller Ferris Wheel due to high winds and we should do it front of the Bellagio Fountains. I checked with the High Roller directly, and they had no wind issues or knew what I was talking about. We declined to have our $1500 wedding outside on a sidewalk with thousands of people walking around. We got 0 apology and are unable to contact any manager of this company. The coordinator that we were dealing with hung up on us and blocked our numbers when requesting a refund. This is an atrocious company with 0 ethics.

Had my wedding here just last week and was extremely satisfied! I may be young but getting married by Elvis was pretty neat and such fun too! Everything went exactly as planned and the coordinator was so sweet! We got our pictures back the same day by Christian (the photographer)! Will definitely recommend this place to more friends and family in the future!

The limo driver was late. The chapel changed locations from the time we booked to the time of our wedding (without informing us) so our guests went to the wrong location and the chapel itself was not what we picked. Our pictures were completely blurry!! I have contacted the chapel many times to see if we can find a resolution since they are our only pictures of our wedding day (since other guests are not allowed to take their own pictures in the building). The lady that was going over our pictures with us even said that the pictures are so blurry and thats unusual but it was "probably her computer screen". They first were being responsive and apologetic and saying they are working on a resolution. However, it has been weeks since i have received a response. I have emailed and called several times. Find somewhere else because this place is a joke!

We had a party there with my partner. It didn't go too bad. We didn't buy the photos at the time. 2 months ago I received an email from them telling me that the photos and videos were going to be deleted and that I could still buy them.
This is what I did: $250. The price was exorbitant but why not for a beautiful souvenir.
I NEVER received the photos or videos, the link never worked. I suggested other solutions like Wetransfer or by email. I never received anything. They are thieves!

DO NOT BOOK A WEDDING OVER THIS COMPANY! THEY CANCELED ON US THE DAY BEFORE OUR WEDDING!!!
We booked over Viator this wedding and tried to contact - 4 weeks before the wedding - multiple times the company over messages and phone to make arrangements. The company never came back to us / contacted us or answered their phone! We then tried the help service over Viator and even they had problems to get in contact with the company. Only after nearly a week of trying the Viator help service came back to us with the answers from the company. We got assured that our wedding will go after plan.
BUT the day before our wedding the company sended us a SMS message and they canceled our wedding!?!!! 24 hours before the wedding was supposed to take place the company canceled our wedding!!! DO NOT RELY ON YOUR MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF YOUR LIFE ON THIS COMPANY! This company is the worst - from answering messages to canceling our wedding 1 day before the day!
We contacted then another company in Las Vegas and they were able to save our wedding day!

We booked this pink Cadillac for our wedding photos in Vegas, a month before our big day. Paid the 50% deposit and received an email confirmation notice. Two days before the booking we were chasing them to confirm, no responses to my email. Called the number (792 7030158] and got voicemail for the Love Chapel. They then texted us and said the car was in the shop and they had to cancel, we have not been chasing our refund for over 2 weeks via email phone and text, and they have ignored us!!! DO NOT USE either of these business names…
