We were a fan of Tape Face from AGT and were ending our week with his show. Paid almost $400, for 3 of us, because the 3 seat packages were sold out, we had to buy a 4th seat for no one. The show consisted of Tape Face who comes out not in character prior to getting into character (poor choice-he shouldn’t be out of character at his show) and talks for a while presumably to stall because he doesn’t have enough material to fulfill the hour/hour and a half show. He has a really annoying, over the top, team of four additional and very unlikable characters who accompany him on stage. It’s like a cross between Blues Clues, the Chucky Cheese band, the old man from The Muppets balcony, and Hee-Haw. Most of his “act” was a replication of his “good stuff” from AGT which probably took up 1/2 hour. Another 1/2 hour of his dumb teams’ attempt to provide completely imbecile slap stick comedy to fill time. Really, really stupid and a complete waste of money for terrible material and annoying stage crew. Tape Face needs to keep his mouth taped and go solo with some funny material. I laughed during the middle of the show really hard because I could not believe I paid so much for something so bad. I wouldn’t sit through that crap, again, for free. Go see Real Bodies at Bally. The Zak Bagen tour was really popular too, so popular, we couldn’t get tickets. Do the big jump at the STRAT. Check out Fremont Street. Just don’t do this.

Tape Face is probably much better when he can interact with audience members, whenever that happens post-COVID, but for the time being it was great just to be able to go to a show. While he is good at what he does, the opening acts/preshow/assistants are painfully not funny, not interesting, and just seem to be there to fill time. Get different assistants, or have them play better, more interesting characters.

This show went below my low expectations. The show was supposed to start at 7:30, but it actually didn’t start until after 8. The first 1/2 an hour+ is watching an unfunny “warm-up” act that consisted of a ripped napkin trick (lame) and an overdone, old straight jacket escape (that I’ve already seen the same guy do as a warm up act for others). Also in the first 1/2 hour before the show, tape face talks about his history, his interactions with America’s got Talent judges, and he also tells you to let your mind escape into the silliness of his show (red flag). He also tells you that crew members will be used as “volunteers” since audience participation is not currently allowed (Covid). It’d be nice if he planted a crew member in the audience to bring the spontaneity into it. The half an hour of show that we did stay for was mediocre at best, but the first 35 minutes of warm ups and talking with no substance already killed it for us. We could take no more and left. Nobody in my group was interested in staying (14, 15, 9, 45, 47).

Although we were a bit skeptical as we got settled into the theater and the show began, this show surprised very strongly to the upside. It’s a bit quirky but Mr Face Tape made it very entertaining and called upon about 20 people from the audience to help with the skits. The interactiveness of the show was awesome and kept us holding our breathe wondering if we would be the next people dragged on stage! Overall, really entertaining show. I’d highly recommend and I’ve been to pretty much all the shows in Vegas over the years.

Don't bother buying show tickets in advance. Apparently Harrah's doesn't view a ticket sold as an obligation.

We booked front table seats for the 6pm July 3rd Tape Face show back in February for my niece's 14th birthday, as part of an extended family road trip.

The show was cancelled 4 days prior with no explanation. Just a notice through email. Since he is still performing 2 hours later, we have to assume not enough tickets were sold for him (or more likely his impersonator) to be bothered to perform.

The great table we had booked was not available for the later show. No assistance was offered. Also, I am unable to find direct contact information for anyone to discuss this with.

I am disappointed with the complete disregard and disrespect towards fans from Sam Wills and Harrah's. It appears "The show must go on." doesn't mean much anymore.

Treat yourself to tickets to Tape Face. It is a masterpiece of creativity, humor, and good will. Lovingly created by Sam Wills, a.k.a Tape Face, the show is a wacky and wonderful testament to the fact the best humor doesn't have to happen at the expense of others. It can exist in the creative exploration of everyday objects and set to familiar music that has been the soundtrack of our lives. And, although his mouth is covered with tape, Tape Face is so much more than what you think of as a mime. This is no "walking against the wind" kind of show. Tape Face communicates impeccably, conjuring magic out of mundane everyday objects and hilarity out of the ether. The show relies heavily on audience participation and the participants are guided masterfully by Tape Face. They are treated with good humor and respect and the results are always hilarious. The show is wildly creative, mildly irreverant, silly, and playful in the purest sense of the word. It is truly brilliant. There aren't enough superlatives to describe it. Adding to the fun are the gloriously goofy Phyllis Vanillis the Sanitation Specialist and gentle comic and magician Tyler Reid. What a delightful world they have created! It's the rare show that entices me to return a second time. The Tape Face Show? I've seen it 10 times! Yes folks, it's that good! It's really that good.

Was a little hesitant after reading some of the other reviews. The “real” Tape Face did the entire show and a look alike did not come out. Before show, which was more about selling merchandise than a warmup act, was still entertaining. Very audience interactive. It was fun!

I couldn't stop laughing during the show. I did not expect the participation by the audience which made it slightly more entertaining. I came out enjoying the show, Tape Face is very engaging with his fans and open to pictures after the show. The experience was one I won't forget for awhile.

A fun, funny, and clever comedy act! Not for the passive observers, because you are very likely to be asked up on stage to participate in any number of funny sketches. No speaking parts! Had forgotten how many innovative props can be found in the garage and basement. May be nostalgic for those of us from a time before the advent of smart phones and tablets when you could create alternate universes with cardboard and duct tape. Don't be a dick!

I loved Tapeface on AGT, and I was excited too see him live. He puts on a good show and engages the audience well, but I guess I was disappointed there wasn't a lot of new material - he repeated a lot of what he did on AGT. So for me, it wasn't as funny as I hoped it would be, but it was still fun.
