Terrible experience. I was put in a room facing a construction sight, despite the fact that the property seemed relatively empty. I went to bed at 2 AM and woke up to construction noise at 6 AM so loud I can't drown it out with white noise. The guy at the front desk knew he was putting me in this room even though I asked for a quiet room. He was really a jerk. The casino sucks, the restaurant is overpriced. I wont return.

My wife and I have stayed at the Tuscany several times and we’ve always been happy with the room and service, although microwaves in the rooms would be nice, especially if you’re calling it a suite. But their parking enforcement leaves something to be desired. I have disability license plates and I parked in a disabled parking spot. The problem, however, is that I was in a rental car. I forgot and thought that I was in my own vehicle. Yes, I was guilty of parking in a disabled spot without disabled plates or a placard, but what the Tuscany did was beyond forgivable. They affixed a big red warning sticker on my driver side window. Before we caught our plane out of Vegas, I had to stop at an auto parts store and buy some goo gone and a razor blade and it took me a good 30 minutes to scrape that sucker off my window. That was just plain rude. Is that how the Tuscany treats its guests? How about a nice polite note underneath the windshield wiper? To me, affixing a sticker like that is just a way of saying FU. So that’s what I’m saying to the Tuscany, FU. I’ll never stay there again.

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at Tuscany Suites and Casino. Despite having requested an early check-in months in advance, we arrived to find our room was not ready. There was no communication regarding a late check-out from the previous guest, leaving us waiting for hours.
Furthermore, the cabana we had booked was advertised as discounted for weekday stays. However, this was not the case. We were then informed that an additional deposit was required, a detail that was not made clear during the booking process.
To add to our frustration, the staff's attitude was unhelpful and dismissive. Multiple attempts to resolve these issues with different managers proved fruitless. This was supposed to be a celebratory birthday weekend, but it turned into a stressful and disappointing experience.
I hope that the corporate office will take this feedback seriously and take steps to ensure that such a disappointing stay does not happen again. I would be happy to discuss this matter further.

Was recommended to the Tuscany from a cab driver who advised it was where the locals play and there was a number of friendly five dollar tables.

Went a couple mornings to play blackjack and yes there were five dollar tables and it wasn't very crowded which was nice (I thought at first).

Table bar service was excellent and the dealers were friendly and chatty. However, the pit staff were an odd bunch. They hawked me the entire time I played to the point of ridiculousness. I honestly think they watched the movie 21 too many times or confused me with another player.

For example: I tried to buy in at two hundred (which is my typical buy in) and they would only let me buy a hundred at a time? If I raised my bet at all or doubled or split, two pit crew would walk over and watch my play. If I won they hung around until I lost. They were whispering to the dealers who would then give me an embarrassed whispered apoligy when the pit crew turned away.

I finally had enough and fronted the pit boss in a respectful manner and advised I was recommended to the Tuscany by a taxi driver who raved about the place. I asked if my play was bothering them and if they wanted me to vacate (as there are only about a thousand other casinos I could spend my money at). After that they feigned a somewhat more friendly manner, but by that time I was entirely uncomfortable with the environment.

I have travelled to Atlantic City, LV, Laughlin, Reno, locals all over the US and have never had this odd an experience. I love playing blackjack and it doesnt bother me to enjoy a cocktail and dump a bit of cash in a friendly environment-but this was over the top. Perhaps it explains why the tables were deserted.

On the positive side they do have a decent rewards program and even with my limited play I had earned about ten dollars in rewards. I cashed in my chips and rewards after I got up around fifty dollars and didnt return the remainder of my trip.

I am debating whether this was an anomaly and if I should try to play at the Tuscany on my next vacation to LV. They continue to send me comped hotel and food mailings so I might go back one more time. However, I have found much more player friendly tables at the Palace Station with better food and gaming options and an equally decent players rewards club and comps (see my review of PS). Best of all no pseudo-CIA types eyeballing one's gaming enjoyment.

There is no diversity in that casino..... Period. And I was harassed at the bar for being on THE PHONE WITH NOONE SITTING NEXT TO ME!!! NOW ADD IT UP....... Also I am in the customer service business and the casino business and They treated me like I was a thug on the street. And I know it is because I am a woman of color. If you look around their casino there I'd no diversity with the customers there.

first let me say the mexican restraurant is great and my wife and I will go back for the cornitta's .

otherwise this place has the worst customer service we've ever had all over the world, all the people that work at the tuscany must be family members that don't care about anyone.

this is my first one star trip advisor review

We stayed here for four days, and we would go back tomorrow if we had the time .. Every night has a performance on a small stage in a little cozy bar with plenty of tables .. The talent is incredible and the staff is awesome - the hotel rooms are hugely spacious and the pool and hot tubs can seat so many they are not crowded. there is always a smile and helpful attitude with everyone from the cleaning staff to the counters to the bar tenders on the floors and even the dealers are smiling as you walk buy - I recommend this as your FIRST stay in Vegas at anytime .. Anyone can drive around the strip and pay the enormous "status" fees to stay where everyone else does .. But this, gives you your home base at a very comfortable situation .. then, take in Vegas from there, if that is your desire. At the very least, you have plenty of food and fun waiting for you at your own place, for after your adventuring around the town

We found the casino was really tight on staying here and further more, they insist you play at last 20c per spin on the machines before they would give you a drink comp, regardless of how much you are actually spending. we were putting $20 bills through very quickly and the cocktail waitress was embarrassed she had to tell us to up stake for a drink.
That was it for me, once that happens that is a bad sign and they got no more of our money...
We walked down to the Silver Sevens (5 min walk) who were plying us with drinks comp and in some cases we were not even playing! Also, the machines are very very fair there....
Would i return? nope, fairer casinos close by.......

Not very large, but has everything you need. The desk folks were amazingly helpful. Not overly noisy or smokey which my dad appreciated.

This is an unpretentious casino with a little bit of everything. The tables start low and so do the slots. Be sure to get a players card and come on Mondays when you have 10 times the points on slots and seven times the points on video poker. All those things add up to free meals and free rooms. Be sure to get the small 9 by 7 book at the hotel entrance to get a buy one get one free dinner at the cantina from 5 to 10 p.m. The payouts are greater here than any other casino on the strip. At the Bellagio the same penny slot would pay you 10 cents we're here it pays you $3. They make their money through the hotel and other items were they don't need to gouge at the slots.
