I've visited here when I was under 21 and stayed here after I was 21 This place has its pros and cons just like anywhere else. Pros: -The rooms were nice and clean. (However, our toilet was clogged when we arrived) -Two outdoor pools.. One family friendly, one 21+ -Sky Lounge (Awesome!) Bar in the observation deck, amazing view! -Good... More

We booked this hotel because it was the best deal. Compared to all the other hotels around, the stratosphere is boring and outdated. Besides the rides there's not much the hotel offers compared to others. The hallways smelt like weed all hours of the day. The bathroom was very small, you had to climb up into the shower to get... Not as smoky as some. Real I felt small casino compared to others ... Despite sold out hotel, floor not terribly crowed most of the time. Drinks were good but casino wait staff was pretty slow. I think there just weren't enough cocktail servers on at a time. Slot machines about the same as anywhere. A few 5cent games for... More

Not sure of the bad reviews, but I had a nice king suite and it was clean! The only bad thing was it was far from the rest of the strip, but not a bad hotel. The Insanity ride was craaaaaaazzzzzzzyyyyyy. We had a blast.

I stayed here in 2009 and I don't think they have updated anything since then. Granted, I didn't stay here during this trip to Vegas but visited the casino. The slots seem very dated. No lively decor.

Had a great time in Vegas. I went to the top of the Stratosphere tower and rode the High Roller roller coaster which travelled around the outside of the top of the tower. Great fun!

Casino was a ton of fun! Must do for sure. Lots to do at the stratosphere. If you like thrills, this is the place for you. I say, just do it! You'll be happy you did.

This is a place I'm not afraid to touch surfaces. Several other ones we visited this trip were disgusting. Spilled drinks left to dry on slot machines, ashtrays with butts piled in them etc. Bally's was the worst! Stratosphere's machines appear newer and all their buttons work. Looks like a nice place to stay as well. Would give them a... More
