Like the title explains, this place was a little underwhelming and pretty bog standard for a strip casino. It's a little chaotic and the layout is a nightmare compared with the rest of the city.
No shuttle service from the airport, Uber was the better option for us on the day but there are other reasonable options like bells.

Rooms were good, but you don't come to Vegas for the rooms right?

Overall a very underwhelming experience, for what you pay to stay here perhaps it's ok. Modern and really central which means not all is lost. Your right in the center of the action including the Linq promenade which is something I'm itself.

Top tip, have tours and pickups from Bally's just a few mins walk away. Easy to locate, and most operators pick up from this point.

I came in with low expectations and left dissapointed. They had one working elevator for the entire District 1! We waited on for 45 minutes on the 12th floor for an elevator before finally giving up and lugging our bags down 24 flights of stairs. They are understaffed for important hotel functions, but there are plenty of security people to harass people drinking a cup of coffee (lady had her mask pulled down to drink at 8AM by herself) Will never go back here!!! Spend your money elsewhere.

We are avid visitors to Vegas. We like to try and stay at different hotels. This was the worst hotel we have stayed at. Our room wasn't cleaned properly and we was a late arrival. There was the guests before us men's underwear left on floor which was out of our view until next morning. So that would only mean room wasn't vacuumed and sheets weren't changed or housekeeper would have seen them. We notified front desk next morning when we noticed and they said, "we will have head housekeeper get in touch with you." That never happened. We waited an hour and a half before we left room and another housekeeper was across hall so she came in and removed them and stated same thing front desk told us. I told her to have head housekeeper call my phone for we had our family to get to for a breakfast. NEVER HAPPENED. All this took place on Saturday and we checked out Monday morning with no communication from any other hotel staff.

At checkout I asked for managers card to email when I got home and was given that. I emailed Jan. 29th 2024, nothing back from them.

Resort fees have been billed to my credit card and nothing to do with a resort was even open. Resort fees are a scam if you close everything down and still charge for them.

This casino is large and very spread out. Machines are as tight as I have ever experienced. Love to play the Buffalo machine so I sat at a 40 cent machine. I hit the bonus for 18 free games and during the bonus hit 20 more. 38 free games and I won a total of 63 cents. AMAZING. That was enough to make me leave and never come back. I will never stay here.

We like the casino layout the best on the strip. Great cocktail servers (Myrna and Marina). Best bartenders (Datrus, Peter, Janice, Marty, and Rich). We appreciate people that smile and make the Vegas experience fun.

My wife and I stayed there in February this year, 2014. We had a good room and the over all service was very good. This is great place to stay if you want a place on the Strip with a room rate that will not break the bank. You are next door to Harrah's and Flamingo. You are also across the street from The Mirage and Caesar's Palace. While you are staying at The Quad, don't forget to visit the Auto Collection on the 5th floor of the parking garage. It is worth your while seeing this attraction.

I had a good stay at the Harrah's & a short visit to the Linq for the slots machines, the Casino is not very friendly in terms of services. The casino is also very loud and chaotic, with bad signs for directions.

This was our third trip to Vegas, staying at the Mirage and Bellagio. I thought I would try something different (never again). When we eventually found the check in, the man was rude and pointed out to me that our 15 and 19 year old couldn't use the pool but could go next door to the Flamingo (if I wanted that I would have booked the Flamingo!). Why do they advertise number of children when booking if they don't have a pool for them, dumb!!! We got into lift and had the furthest room you could get and the smallest room we have come across with all the travelling we have done. I immediately told my family not to unpack and went to see the manager who virtually said he would refund my deposit if I could find another hotel, not really good customer service, no offer was made to find another hotel for us. I rang the Mirage (not thinking we would get a room), they were so helpful and booked us a room which was beautiful and huge and when we checked out of the Linq, the Manager was very surprised we got in somewhere else. Don't ever think about staying there even if you don't have a family.

This is a review of the Lynq casino (formerly The Quad & Imperial Palace) not the hotel.

I used to enjoy the old IP, but since they have been going through an identity crisis the last 5 years, I am not sure anymore. I will say that the new Lynq casino is a step in the right direction for the property.

The good:
- Great location. Just north of center strip and the in the middle of the action.
- Clean. They just recently renovated the whole casino/hotel and seem to be keeping up nicely with it.
- Lots of denominations on slots.
- Table minimums are standard strip.
- With the promenade outside, you have plenty to do when taking a break from gambling.
- Total Rewards players club. Allows points to be earned and spent at all CET properties.

The bad:
- Small casino. Not tiny, but definitely on the small end of the major casinos on the strip.
- Tight slots. Would you expect different from a Caesers property?
- Too minimalistic inside and too bright. I don’t really care for the look. While clean, it is also boring.
- Too spread out. The floor is kind of all over the place. This does not allow for the excitement in the casino to resonate.
- The parking garage is the absolute worst! Tiny parking spaces and a cramped garage. Park at Harrah’s, Flamingo or out in the Lynq promenade parking and walk over.
