Enjoyable stay in a great location!
We stayed here 2 nights comped in June. Check in was quick and efficient in the Diamond Lounge. Regular check in appeared to have both kiosks and staff behind the desk to check you in. We had a king room on the 30th floor that looked out towards MGM Grand. Our room was clean and well appointed. Large shower and decent sized bathroom overall. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, and there was a personal fridge for your use. The pool is quite a nice area with great views of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel was very busy likely due to WSOP. Some of the food venues were quite busy at times but there was a nice range of choices. The location is really amazing and can't be beat. Easy to get from your room out onto the strip. No complaints about our stay at Paris. Would stay here again.

    Great hotel but little pricey
Great hotel, Great pool. Would be 5 stars but some prices were ridiculous. I am used to paying for premium service but this was a little too high for me. $172 for 4 Pina Coladas at the pool? I did enjoy the Eifel tower restaurant. That was pricey as well, $500 per couple, but well worth it. I think Vegas as a whole has gone up in price

    Not the greatest hotel, confusing
I have been to other Vegas hotels, and this is by far the bottom of the last 3x I’ve been there. The room we stayed in had dirty windows, no room service, no microwave and will not be cleaned unless requested the next day. I’m not sure if this is proper protocol now, but it seems after the pandemic most of Vegas things have changed. Also no airport shuttle anymore also. I’m giving my review a 3/5 also because we were given the run around while playing slots and having a good time with few different stories by staff to get out of the building. The first story staff walking by said it was a bomb that some guest blew up in the building and motioned that suddenly the smoky electrical smell was from that. So after hearing that we gtfo there. After leaving the building and heading out we saw Clark county firemen coming in and out of the building and got tired of waiting so we left and had lunch at Shake Shack for couple hours on the strip. By the time we got back the firemen were gone, and smoky smell went away. It was confirmed by other staff we came across that the incident was caused by kitchen fire at the Vanderpump restaurant inside the hotel and not some bomb threat. This experience made me think of maybe getting insurance if there is such a thing the next time we book our hotel anywhere in the world. You never know these days!

    Paris Vegas - 31st July-6th August
31st july-6th august 2023 I was initially a bit concerned about staying at the paris after seeing some reviews about cleanliness and check in etc. However it was an amazing trip. We arrived at about 4.30pm and there was a queue for check in but we thought we would try our luck at the online check in counter, we were able to pull up all our details, print our room keys and pay for a late departure check out. Within ten minutes we were in our room. We didn't have a view of the strip but there were so many other spots around the hotel to get a good view of the strip it was fine. Our room was spacious, although there were two of us we had two beds in the room, huge wardrobe unit and a spacious bathroom with a bath and an amazing shower. Our room was quite close to the lifts but we didn't hear any noise and were not woken at all by other guests. The paris hotel is in such a good location, we would recommend this hotel. On our last night we ate in the Eiffel tower restaurant and it was my favourite night of the trip, the service and food was excellent, the views were unlike any other we had seen so far of the fountains and strip. We also witnessed three engagements whilst enjoying our dinner! On the other evenings of our trip we did see huge lines at check in as it opened at 3pm and everyone seemed to rush there then. My advice would be go and get a drink at the many bars dotted around the paris floor or sit with your cases at the slot machines or restaurants nearby and wait for the rush to die down. You could even drop your bags into the staff at the main entrance for a tip and go explore. Regarding our room being cleaned, the second day we were getting ready to go out when the cleaning staff knocked and they didn't come back however 4 out of the 7 days our room was serviced so we did not have any complaints there. There is a phone number that you can text to ask for various services such as cleaning but with english phone numbers there was a charge. We just had such a great time even if we did 100,000 steps in a week!

    Great stay!
Had a great stay August 13 to 18 at Paris Las Vegas with my husband, daughter (18) and her friend. Was there to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We arrived at 9:30pm, so easy check in, no lines, was not able to get an upgrade, but had a spacious 2 Queen Room with a view of the new sphere, Linq and Tropicana Pool. Room was cleaned and serviced every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check out was easy, we asked for a late check out at 4pm for additional $60 (so worth it with a 9pm flight) and was able to settle my bill at 1pm with no line ups and just vacate at 4pm. Pool was great, lots of seating, but expensive drinks. We brought a small coffee maker from home, which saved us $40/day in coffee, so $200 in total (yes coffee was $37.95 for 4 before tip). The mini - bar in the room, takes up SO much room and when we asked to have it removed the cost was $50, we declined. We also bought reusable cups and purchased drinks at the CVS and kept in our fridge and just refilled in our reusable cups. In n' Out was a great and affordable place for lunch and highly recommend Battista's Hole in the Wall, all within walking distance. The location of the Paris is perfect, in the middle of everything. Had a nachos at Margaritaville one night that fed the 4 of us. Delicious. Fremont is a must as well. All in all, was nervous about our stay at the Paris based on the most recent reviews and all I can say, is our stay was positive and would return again. Also highly recommend going during the week, we left Friday and it was insanely busy compared to the rest of the week and would NOT recommend going on a weekend.

    Okay stay
I wanted to LOVE this place but it was just a mediocre experience. Checkin was the longest line I’ve ever experienced. 1.5 hours! Self checkin line was much longer. They also weren’t fully staffed to check guests in. I woke up with a rash on my left shoulder. I was afraid it was bed bugs but could have been an allergen to the linens. After waking up I noticed the comforter side was placed underneath (gross) so it was touching my skin all night, and I’m sure they don’t wash it after each guest! Other than that it is a nice hotel, good location.

Very nice, great value, ask for updates room
Great hotel! We were in non smoking room on 24th fl. Our “Burgundy Rm-king w/ Eiffel Tower view” was really nice. Also provided a view of the fountains at Bellagio. A renovated room -housekeeping came every day. Get a Caesar’s reward card for a lower rate. Be sure to ask for a Renovated room! (Dennys offers aarp/aaa discounts).

    Paris - great location
We had a comped stay at Paris Las Vegas August 29-Sept 2. We were assigned room 2903 which had a great view of the Eiffel Tower and Bellagio Fountains. Our room was clean and bed/pillows were comfortable. While there we walked to several other Caesars casinos and had a good time gambling and eating. For dining our two favorite places were Fulton Street food Hall at Harrah's and Cafe Hollywood at Planet Hollywood. (We're not foodies.) Paris Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating even though it was extremely busy. Paris Hotel is a great mid-strip location. We enjoy the casino and the fact that you can walk back and forth between Horseshoe and Paris indoors, especially because it rained a couple of days during our trip. We definitely will return to stay at Paris again.

Great place to stay on the strip
Loved our room with two closets, large shower and many fluffy towels. Appreciated no smoking floor. Checking in on a Sunday was an hour long process, something we were told is typical as that is the day the airline packages typically arrive!

We arrived yesterday and have one more day to go. On arrival we were disappointed for the following reasons:

1. The Versailles tower (which I would stay well away from) is not actually in the Paris hotel but in the horse shoe. If this is your first visit to vegas like us, it’s the most feral and ugliest of receptions in the whole of vegas. There is no where to sit while waiting for checkin. And in terms of the actual Paris reception its a long walk for little kids

2. The horseshoe is quite possibly the smokiest of all casinos and on check
in didn't feel very welcomed. We were not offered any visitor information at all nor a map to work out where we were. In fact, given this was our first time in Vegas we have been thoroughly underwhelmed.

3. On arrival in our room, we have no coffee / tea available (even after asking), in fact we were advised we cant even have this delivered to our room after ringing the service team. There is no fridge and no water and we had insufficient towels on our arrival for our family which was rectified after phoning housekeeping.

4. The pool for the Paris hotel is a very long walk which means one has to walk through many slots to the Bordeaux tower

This would have scores 1/5 if not for the breakfast we had at Mon Ami Gabi which was very pleasant and made this review a 2-3. Special thanks to Danny for his service today.

We are leaving tomorrow and given the hefty cost we paid for two nights for our family this was a thoroughly disappointing experience.

if you can please do not stay in the Versailles Tower. Just avoid, there are far more impressive and welcoming hotels we have found on our walks

The hotel was very busy with families and conference people. At check-in, no rooms with a king size bed were available even though we had prepaid for one. Luckily, we were able to change the next day. I was also glad that we weren't in the "new" Versailles Tower. The walkway to the tower wasn't built yet, so the trek there would have been very long (since you have to go to through the Horseshoe casino to get there).

We were told by the front desk that housekeeping would clean the rooms every other day. Nope. Didn't come for 4 days until I phoned to complain. Guest Services said the rooms were supposed to be cleaned EVERY day. Nope. I saw guests leave their garbage bags outside of their rooms since nobody came to the rooms.

Bathrooms didn't come with any face cloths until I requested them. TV kept freezing while I was watching a program. Poor internet connection.

Room card never worked at the parking gate. I either had to take a ticket or phone for assistance.

Holy jeebus, the line to check in took about 2 hours. There's a self-check-in kiosk but it doesn't work if it can't read the mag stripe on your CC. It doesn't accept chip or RF CC data. So it forced me to wait in the line of about 80 people with 3 CSRs working at the counter. It was hell. Everybody was angry.
I found out later, that I wasn't even staying in the main building, but the new hotel wing they redecorated from the Horseshoe casino and I could have checked in over there if I had known.
Then, the other part was there was no real Starbucks, just a french named copy of something similar, and for my typical breakfast sandwich and a hot Mocha, it was $40. and I'm not kidding.
Other than that, it's a typical casino hotel with all the typical stuff. I didn't win any money, but that's okay.

I wish I could convey a story of a delightful Parisian escapade at the Paris Hotel, but my experience was far from it. My wife, inspired to give our daughter, who adores all things Paris, a taste of France, booked a weekend stay at what was supposed to be the hotel's "luxury" Versailles Tower. Having experienced the charm of the real Paris and Versailles, we anticipated a semblance of that luxury, especially given the competition with the opulent Bellagio just across the street.

Upon arrival, the disillusionment began. The so-called Versailles Tower is a separate entity, requiring a nearly 700-step trek from the Paris Hotel's main entrance, passing through the Horseshoe Hotel to access the tower's elevators. Contrary to its name, the tower bore no resemblance to the Paris Hotel, mirroring instead the aesthetic of the Horseshoe, with the exterior blatantly branded with "Ballys," completely disjointed from the Paris theme. Merely changing the drapes to mimic the French flag is, frankly, a laughable attempt at theming.

Enticed by an offer for a "deeply discounted" suite for a better view of the Strip, my wife accepted, only to be met with a view dominated by the Flamingo, far from the elegance promised, accompanied by the relentless booming from the Ole Red club throughout the night.

Attempting to address our grievances, we first approached the Versailles Tower registration (a solitary desk suggesting minimal importance), only to be directed back to the Paris Hotel for any complaints. The indifference from the Paris registration desk was astounding; they minimized and dismissed our complaints with a deftness that left us even more disheartened.

It's clear the Paris Hotel is engaged in a bait-and-switch tactic, luring guests with promises of a unique, luxurious stay, only to delegate them to a subpar experience that doesn't just fall short of expectations—it's practically on another planet. This isn't just disappointing; it's frankly false advertising. Buyer beware: the allure of the Paris Hotel is a mirage, and the reality is a stark, regrettable divergence from what is promised.

This was our first time staying at Paris and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The bathroom was large with a massive shower. Our view was nonexistent, but we didn't spend enough time in the room to care about that. The line at check-in was a bit ridiculous, but otherwise, our experience was fabulous! Great location and good restaurants on-site as well.

I remember staying here 20 years ago and loved it . My stay in Nov will likely be my last unless I hear they do major renovations. Carpet was tired and was probably not vacuumed. Furniture were all old and tired. What a disappointment.

This was our first time staying at Paris Las Vegas. Fantastic location! Close to the Bellagio water show, great restaurants, close to Miracle Mile shops, center of the strip. When we arrived which was quite late the check in line was soooo long so I checked us in using the check in kiosks which was so quick. Sort of strange to not talk to anyone during check in but we didn't mind. We had wanted to get a possible cot bed and ask questions about parking but we just called concierge when we got to our room much later. Also stayed back to ask question at concierge when the line died down about parking. Had a pool day on our last day which was amazing. Beautiful pool view with the eiffel tower, and a very quiet atmosphere not one of the loud party hotels which was more our scene. About an 8 min walk away from the sphere that we went to see at night. Check out line was crazy long when we tried to leave at 11am. I remember when I checked in that the same kisok you would check out of. Use the kiosk to check out- highly recommend even though the sign only says check in- you can still use it to check out! Its so much quicker! Parking was about $20 usd for 24 hours. You can keep your hotel keys until 4pm the next day (or whenever you leave the parking garage). We stayed by the pool after check out (you have to check your luggage in at reception) and then you can stay there until at least 4pm (since our flight was much later). Ate at beer park the rooftop patio which was a fun sports bar atmosphere. Great location and view of the strip but very loud with games playing on the tv screens. Highly recommend just as long as you try to avoid the long lines at reception desk!

My husband and I have stayed here over 5 times in the last 20 years. So imagine my surprise when I booked a strip view Versailles room to find out that it wasn’t even in the Paris Hotel and Casino. I am very disappointed. I wanted to share the Paris experience with my family and we don’t even feel we are staying in Paris. We get off the elevator and we’re in stinky old Bally’s.
