We strolled through while we waited for a dinner reservation. There were plenty of shops and drink offerings along the way. The whole place was clean and even had heaters in the street for people to warm up near.

Been walking by here for years and never realized that it was here. Great spot for people watching with lots of places to stop and enjoy as you walk towards the coaster.

Fantastic spot off the strip, has everything food, drink and some shopping. Went at Halloween time and it was great to see decorations and scary themes!
