Has definitely been scaled back since we last visited in 2019. Drop by, you won't be disappointed!Visited September 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten October 8, 2023
- Grant G39 contributionsFun placeWe often go to the piano bar when in Vegas as you can generally guarantee a good fun crowd and have a bit of fun. Usually a few drinks over an hour two. Easy to get a drink and request a song if you like.Visited November 2023Travelled with friendsWritten November 3, 2023
- craigshare2London, United Kingdom15 contributionsPulled a fast one on my Fiancée ;-)We were in Vegas June 2022 (we go most years) but we were going to get married the next day, when my soon to be wife went to the ladies room, I typed a message on my phone to show the singer asking for a request to sing a song when she came back to our table. He was fantastic, my "now wife" had the same idea but I beat her to it! It's a fantastic Bar and the entertainers are great AND IT'S FREE. Well worth the tip he got ;-) - Please note date attended is not accurate on the website, it was June 2022 but I'm prepping for the next trip!!Visited March 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten February 23, 2024
- TannisRobLadner, Canada775 contributionsTons of fun- especially the dueling pianos! It is impossible for me to walk past this place during the evening without going in. Karaoke till 9 pm, then the Dueling Pianos start right after and go till late. All of it is so much fun and the piano players are amazing to watch. We stay and enjoy the evening several times during our Vegas visits. We also quite often stop by on our way back to our hotel after other shows, and always stop to have more fun - it's almost magnetic!Visited February 2024Travelled with friendsWritten March 2, 2024

First of all, I have been to several Dueling Piano bars, across the country. This is one of the worst.
The sound system is poor and hard to hear. The fella playing that night, for example, just fumbled roughly over the keys and made sloppy loud noise. I agree, the waitress is horrendous. No wonder there is NO cover charge. You get what you pay for. It was so bad it was laughable. Stayed there with a group for a drink or two and left disgusted. Very disappointing. Went on a Tuesday night so I can't speak to the Elvis or other earlier shows performed there.
Harrah's started in 1992. Time for an update. Meanwhile, If you go to the NY NY Dueling Piano's you will pay cover $25 a head to just sit at a table, or $15 just to stand. What does that tell you?
Went to the outdoor bar concert next door and watched Spandex Nation perform. Wow! Stayed there the rest of the night. They were outstanding (if you like Rock)! Cheaper drinks and no cover too. Spandex successfully hit every musical note both instrumentally and vocally. I highly recommend seeing Spandex Nation for e.g., classic 80's music.

My husband and I were in Las Vegas June (2022) and we heard about the Karaoke night at the Piano Bar. The individual running the Karaoke, (sorry, I don't remember his name) was great and made the evening enjoyable. We would definitely return just for that reason! We ordered a drink and the first bartender that assisted me was very personable and our drinks were great! Sorry, again no names. When I went to the bar to order another drink for my husband, there was a change in bartenders. This one was an older man, tall, medium build, with brown hair. He was OBVIOUSLY having a BAD day and decided it was ok to take it out on customers. There was a $20 difference in the same drink that I ordered with him and from the first bartender. I brought this to his attention and showed him my receipt. He grabbed the drink and yelled at me, "then don't get the drink" and walked away with the drink. I told him that I wanted to see the manager. I waited for quite some time, but apparently, he never called the manager on duty. A waitress working at the time asked me if she could help me and offered to call the manager. A female finally arrived and identified herself as the manager of more than one bar in the casino in addition to the piano bar. She was in her 20's, about 5-5, with long brown hair, (no name). She was very nice, approachable, and professional. I described how the bartender treated me and explained to her the situation with the discrepancy in price. She apologized for his behavior and assured me that she would address it with him. It was only because of her response that my husband and I stayed. This bartender was so rude and inappropriate and should not be working in this capacity. It was totally uncalled for. People pay a lot of money for their beverages, and I don't care how bad your day is, you aren't justified in taking it out on someone else!! Although, I did not get his name, I hope he reads this and sees himself in this review and changes his attitude.

Had a great time here. The musicians were very entertaining and talented, playing a wide variety of great tunes. Place was packed with people, impromptu dancing wherever there was room. I will definitely go back when in Las Vegas.

It’s a scam. They don’t play your requests it’s all pre-rehearsed. They even tell you someone paid $15-20 for the request, but actually the person requesting never gets a mention. They also don’t seem to get too excited when their song apparently comes on.
Their act is fun, but let’s not pretend it’s the guests requesting the music.

This was my second visit. The Twins are absolutely phenomenal! They play requests and know just about anything you ask them to play. They engage the crowd and keep a fun atmosphere. Good times...good music...will definitely be back.

We had the unfortunate time to spend at the Harrah's Laughlin Hotel for one night. Waited 15 minutes to check-in, over 12 minutes waiting with 20 other guests to ride in One Elevator (1 out of 6 that was working) to go to our room. Inside the elevator was dirty, old and ugly. The bathroom AC vent was cloged with dirt, mold around the wall of bath tub, sink faucet that was crroded and worn. Bed was Old and Soft.
Waited over 10 minutes to be seated at the beach cafe. Most employees looked unhappy and not enthused to be working. The casio was old and ugly. I give it 1 out of ten experience. We will not be back there in the future.

Every single damn night the place was absolutely jam packed. And if you're a music lover, know that you will be joined by so many other music lovers who also love to drink and sing along with the incredible entertainers!! Just a legendary place filled with tons of great music, great drinks and great fun people. And there's air conditioning!!! Which was very important when it was over 100 degrees even after midnight. Just an incredible place to be each and every night of our 5 day trip. GO!! So highly recommended.

Came to the Piano Bar to see Big Elvis. Only one waitress serving a room of approx 150 people. Waited 20mins before she got to our table and despite them having a QR code to view the drinks menu, we were then told to ignore the online menu as most of it they didn’t have! Asked for a bottle of wine and were told there was no wine! Ordered some beers instead and had to wait a further 20mins for those to arrive. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother with this place….waste of time. Big Elvis himself was ok but just a glorified karaoke singer and can’t see what all the hype is about. It definitely couldn’t be considered a ‘show’.

This is literally one of the worst places I've ever been. We booked a table for NYE, paying over $100 pp. It was 36 degrees outside, and they had the windows fully open, no heat inside. None of which was communicated to us prior, so we were dressed to be seated indoors. When we complained about how cold it was, we were told to drink more - it would warm us up. Efrain the floor manager could care less and offered no solutions. We spent the night huddled up trying to stay warm. Avoid at all costs. There are way better places in Vegas.

The Piano Bar at Harrah's is an absolute must. We were there all three nights we stayed at Harrah's. Karaoke starts at 6:00 pm and is so much fun. At 9:00 pm, the Dueling Pianos begin. Bonnie Mason and Billy Krause are absolutely the best dueling piano team ever. They are so fun, know every song imaginable and play to the crowd. I could watch them every night. The first night one of the twin, Tamara, was playing with two other guys, They would rotate in an out. I do have to say, we were very disappointed with her. She seemed to struggle singing and wasn't very pleasing with the crowd. It was much better when the two guys were playing and she was on break. There is an area outside the Piano Bar where you can sit. Drinks inside the piano bar were very expensive. We had two shots, and it was $35.00 ... way over priced for Apple Crown.

Thanks in advance for a speedy response

No , unfortunately you have to be 21. you might be able to see and hear him from the street and not actually go in the bar as it is open to the outside.

Could anyone please advise when big Elvis is on please as the website has conflicting information as it states he is on mon Tues and Thursday from 2.00 but it also states saxophone man is on Tuesday as well at the same time?
Written February 25, 2018
I too believe it is Mon - Wed - Fri. I saw him on a Wednesday.

There is a sign outside the area that will tell you show times.

What is the age limit, can children get in ?
Written September 2, 2016
sorry I don't know if children are allowed but a lot of people were standing just outside the bar listening to the performance, he could be clearly heard from the large open bar style area just behind him. Sorry not to be more helpful.
