The only reason we stayed here is because this is the team hotel. Otherwise we would not be here. For the rate plus resort fee, it's not worth it. The bed is way to soft, no luggage rack or much of closet, no coffee maker, or clock! I get the mini bar tray, but no bar or refredgerator, and I get they want you to spend time downstairs in Cacino, but I would like the peace and quiet of the room, with my dirink. When it comes to resturants, the Eataly is nice looking but confusing, plus more than $$. As well as all the other places to eat, it's not enexpensive.
This is all counting that you have to pay to park, pools only open until 4pm, and very few places to sit, like in the lobby.

I’m writing this review literally at 6:47am in the room after trying and failing to sleep for the past 4 hours. The bed in this room is HORRIBLE- not only is it hard as a board, but it SAGS on the sides so you are constantly on a fight to keep from rolling off. Even worse, as if to make up for the fact that the bed is so hard, it comes with those awful pillows that flatten down to nothing as soon as you put your head on them. The rooms are, as other reviewers have noted, tiny, with zero soundproofing. You can hear EVERYTHING in the hallways and in the room - if someone is in the bathroom and you are in the room you will know exactly what they are doing in there. The only thing this place has going for it is location- but if you stay here hoping to actually get sleep then you are grievously mistaken. Stay somewhere else.

Non smoking hotel & casino which is great in Las Vegas smoke city. Why is it everyone that gambles has a cigarette in their mouth? OK maybe not everyone I don’t smoke. The hotel was just OK. The rooms were a beautiful green color, and I loved the bathroom, also green tile. However a weird brown table in the corner which doesn’t make sense with a very long green velvet sofa. Need Coffee in the morning? Yeah only if you have about 45 minutes to wait in the Starbucks line. Otherwise there’s no coffee easy to procure in the hotel. Just like most hotels in Las Vegas there’s no in room coffee maker probably has to do with insurance. Being a solo traveler, I found the hallways, extremely dark and a little scary walking to my room. So dark in fact, I could barely read the room number on the door. Eataly restaurants were nice however, the space was very loud and echoey. Construction on the strip right now is crazy but that has nothing to do with the hotel. The person I dealt with at the front desk was very patient and nice. My credit card company gave me gift cards for the MGM. However no one there knew how to accept it….not their fault that would be management.

First time staying at the Park MGM since they renovated from Monte Carlo and it didnt disappoint. The check-in process was fast and our request for a higher floor was accommodated. The room was large enough for two people to spread-out and not feel like we were running into each other. Room was clean and updated, housekeeping was great as well.

Stayed here one night, very nice , totally remodeled from the old Monte Carlo Casino. When checking in they have self service machines, very simple to use! My computer was taking awhile so young lady asked if I need help said the computer was so today, and upgraded me to a view over the strip since it was my first visit there. VIP still have regular check in. The casino looks really nice, rooms very mod looking. Lot's of restaurants here, next door to the New York Casino. Very nice area. Stan H.

Clean, smoke free environment. Walking around one night checking things out, met a security guard, Bobby Tomas. He was very polite and we gave him no problems. We had wondered into an area that was closed and he was checking to see if we were lost. He gave us a food voucher for the inconvenience of the pool being closed and my wife gave him a piece of $5 Paparazzi jewelry because we was in town for the convention across the street. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Close walking to many great eateries inside and outside the hotel.

While staying at the Park MGM I truly enjoyed the casino. It was friendly, not extremely crowded, and not smoky. Struggled with the idea of not having a coffee maker in my room. This forced me to have to purchase expensive cups of coffee. Had the opportunity tho meet officer Brewster who made things better with his pleasant conversation and generosity. Thank you for the MGM Experience!

Played the slots and never got service. Cocktail waitresses walked by and half-offered to take drink orders.
All I wanted was water but I guess MGM is too tight to indulge me in that after spending all my money and winning nothing at their casino. However the service button is attented to promptly, however they could not help me get water. Thanks for the quarter back, and the smoke-free air you had to charge your guests for, I guess.

Rooms are very nice with a roomy and modern bathroom. Service is great. Next to T-Mobile arena and connected to the Park Theater. Also walk across the street to MGM Grand for shows. Eataly right in front of hotel for food and drinks. Next door has great places for chicken and burgers also.

Stayed at Parkmgm for 4 nights in a Nighthawk suite . The room was large and roomy with tv ,sofas and a comfortable bed. A modern bathroom with shower and separate toilet. As it was my special birthday I received a free bottle of fizz and a dining credit which was a nice surprise. All the staff were friendly and helpful in particular the floor manager Jon, and Letiticia.
