Since my last visit they have added big flower baskets along the river. Still a lot of homeless people hanging out by the river with trash around. It's unfortunate. Lovely walk and added artwork along the fence.

I did not see an no fishing signs. Check on the Nevada Department of Fish and Game to see if it is open and the price for non-resident licenses.
