Great Raint Day Fun

DROPPED off a car load of 19 year olds for laser tag....they're all ready planning their return. Arcade was fun, and there's a movie theater, too.

Wanted to try this arcade out as the one at our hotel kind of disappointed, but this one didnt really hit the mark either. The loadable cards you use to play games/redeem tickets is a neat idea to avoid losing tokens and lugging rolls of tickets, but the game selection was not as great as we were led to believe.... I actually like this arcade. I'm kind of a video game junkie and I won't allow my self to have an X-box or N64 or what ever the new video game box is because I will spend my entire week doing nothing but playing it. They have lots of games, ones that are obviously for little kids, and then ones... More

Used to be a good deal to have your child's birthday party at the GSR. Lots of tokens, Round Table pizza and great service. Now you get only $5 worth of tokens per child and really, really bad school cafeteria style pizza and the service is real bad. Don't waste your time with the party package just go for the... More

This is NOT a non smoking casino, as a matter of fact after having spent 4 days here, I have yet to find out how to do from my room to the restaurants WITHOUT having to go through smoking areas... I've even seen people walking through the hallways smoking cigarettes...YUCK !

GSR has a great non-smoking casino area right off the lobby. It has many of the modern machines including Wheel of Fortune, Buffalo Slots, Quick Hits, etc. The main floor is huge with a new race and sports book opening, but we spend our time in the non-smoking casino area.

Fun quest at the grand Sierra is an awesome place for family fun. They offer an arcade, laser tag, go cart track, indoor virtual golf aqua driving range and more. There is more family fun to be had here than there is at circus circus.

No winners, stuffy atmosphere, remodeling mess, wanted to stay there before arrival, but too expensive, glad we didn't after visiting. Too much money and not enough fun!

Place is just like any other place. Had a fun area but charges $8 for an all day kids play. Rest are just games.
