Stopped in after a nice dinner... nice selection of beers. Small bar area. The guy serving beers was nice. I enjoyed one of their porters.. it was chilled and tasted good. Ended up buying a 22 because the beer I had was above solid. If I didn't have to drive, I would have sampled more.

I'm always on the lookout for new micro breweries. I found Stoneyhead on an internet search and decided to give it a try. It was challenging to find but worth the effort. Classically nestled in a small warehouse/business area (as are many startup micros) in South Reno , this small operation is a testament to a brewer who loves to make beer and turns out a fantastic product.
