River Wranglers provides customers with a truly unique, 100% Nova Scotian, tidal bore rafting experience! We raft the highest tides in the world on the Shubenacadie river. We offer 2 and 4 hour tours and included in these tours is the option to mudslide as well! Amazing experience! Booked relatively last minute but were really helpful in getting us a slot. The tour itself was superb. Mud sliding which I found more fun than mudfest in Korea, standing on a sandbar as the tide came in, which was truly memorable, then getting chucked around all over as we rode the waves back. Can't recommend it enough, and a good price, too.

What an awesome time!! One of the best parts of our trip to Nova Scotia! Staff was great, Faith, our guide excellent! Learned so much about this unique tidal bore experience and laughed harder than I have in a long time:)

Had an amazing time, this was such good fun
Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the river and the tidal bore. Would recommend to anyone who wants an adventure and to make some fantastic memories.

This was a great group adventure.... we arrived as 8 female strangers from the Halifax 'Women Who Explore' group and we left as friends. There was thrills, bumps, waves, lots of mud(who needs to pay for expensive spa mud baths - join Shubi River Wranglers & enjoy it for free!), loads of laughter and excitement - and no one fell out of the boat! Our guide, Faith, was amazing & informative & found us some great waves to catch. Have fun in Costa Rica Faith.
This company is so organized, friendly, great at their jobs and all of them really enjoy what they do. You have to join these folks for an awesome adventure - one for your bucket list for sure!

The ultimate adventure & experience of a lifetime. We had soooo much fun & had a blast with Bob our tour guide/driver. Great memories & an awesome time. Highly recommend.

Last minute choice for this company, last places available. Great help during signing in, with tips for wearing the correct cloths and borrowing old shoes. Preceding the tour the leader gave excellent tips about the program but also about safety and the "aftercare". During the trip everytime explanation about what would be next. Positively remarkable was the general explanation about the natural phenomena of Tidal Bore by Emmett. The female captain of our Zodiac was well experienced and helped us when necessary. Great trip and afterwards the usage of their hot showers was very welcome! As said, an amazing and perfect experience!

This was my first time doing a Tidal Bore adventure and it did not disappoint at all. I would say it exceeded all my expectations. Check in was quick, easy and the staff were all very positive and polite. We had Emmett as our guide and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable, funny and made the experience a great time start to finish.
They do not lie when they say your going to get wet and to wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
We got to check out the eagles that nest near the river and I think we made it to 10 or 11 by the end.
The shower facilities were nice and even though the river was surprisingly warm, it was nice to rinse the mud off under the warm water.
I would 100 percent recommend this company to anyone looking to have a great time and would love to come back in the future to do it again.

We went as a family it was a bucket list for myself it was amazing,mud sliding was so fun ,the staff was great enjoyed every min. Lots of amazing memories were made.
