What a great time! A very unique experience. Our guide, Alex was hitting the big waves! I am very prone to sea sickness, but was happy to not have that problem. Next time I am up for trying full moon timing!

Decided to take my son on the excursion for his 16th bday, as I had been a couple times before and knew he would love it! (He did😊)
We did the four hour tour and got to experience all of it! Our favourite part was the second half of the tour, when we got to hit the “Washing Machine” and the many succession of big waves that followed. We had a great time and lots of laughs. Sasha was our driver, whom was super fun and who made sure we hit the waves just right, yet stayed safe 😊 Thanks for a awesome day,Sasha, and Shubie Wranglers ! We will definitely recommend and be back someday!

Great fun, fantastic 'driver', all round 5 star experience, not to be missed when in the area. The tidal bore is an amazing, phenomenal natural event & to be able to experience up close & personal was literally awesome. And so much fun too. Becoming a kid again mud sliding starts it all off with a giant smile & then getting smashed up with waves to finish. Cae (our Zodiac captain) was exceptional. Happy to answer all of the questions that she's probably been asked a hundred times. Lots of fun & awesome - what a great way to spend a few hours.

Standing on the river bed and watching the tide come rolling in only begins to prepare you for what is ahead. No where else can you experience the majesty of the tides in such a unique way.

Absolutely everything was awesome!
It wasn’t the nicest weather but that didn’t bother us at all.
Kae, our driver was great! Very knowledgeable and skilled at getting us to just the right spot in the waves.
We all screamed and had a great time.
Afterwards we were all very dirty and wanted to shower but unfortunately there just wasn’t enough hot water to accommodate all who wanted to clean up and and warm up a bit.
All in all excellent day and we would come back again for sure!

Trip was a blast. Emmet was our captain and was very knowledgeable about the River and the tidal bore. Don’t miss the mud sliding - it’s amazing.

I was very impressed with this professional and very friendly operation. They were safety-conscious and made sure that we had a wonderful experience. Our boat driver (Nina) showed a high degree of skill in operating the Zodiac and she made sure that we all got thoroughly soaked!
My wife and I enjoyed every minute of our four hour trip. We've both previously done various "adventure" activities (including white-water rafting) in different countries and this experience was right up there with the best of them.

This was our first time river rafting here on the Shubenacadie River. The experience exceeded our expectations, even though, friends assured us their trips were the top or close to the top fun activity of their lifetime.
Our driver Nina knew the river well and used her knowledge to give our family group (8) a thrilling ride every member old and young fully enjoyed.
The younger family members enjoyed the mudslides immensely ... Grandpa (myself) was content to watch.
