The best venue hands down. I took my wife to see Jennifer Nettles concert and it was incredible. To start we found a parking spot a couple streets over, the ushers were very polite and helpful finding our seats. Small snack bar that's fairly priced for a venue of this caliber. In my opinion, there's not a bad seat in... More

Came for the Mannheim Steamroller Christmas concert. The main problem is parking. (The Center is aware of this and is trying to rectify it but it will take time to do so.) I arrived 1 3/4 hours before the concert in hopes of finding parking. I'm handicapped and use a cane. The only immediate parking for the venue is street... More

This is a beautiful venue, an old refurbished concert hall . Just don't get tickets too close to the front ...too loud there and hard to get the lyrics!

Our first time at this venue. Upon arrival we headed to the bar area there are two. The woman behind the counter said she was suppose to be an usher and they stuck her there and she had never done it before. We ordered wine. Then we went to the other concession area and the staff didn't know where the... More

Attended the Sold Out Gov't Mule show. The theater was built in 1927 and the seats reflect that. They were very tight. I think I read the venue seats about 1,500, which seemed about right. We sat in the balcony and had a pretty good view. I was really looking forward to the show as a "listening" experience vs. a... More

Experiences goes back to the 60's when it was the Capitol theater and the locus of many firsts. Today it is a tastefully restored functional entertainment . Theater, concerts, dance companies all are comfortably served.. Seating, while comfortable,, are not all equal. Stay in the middle area and you'll enjoy the performance. The event directly determines the nature of audience,

Saw Celtic Thunder and our seats were in the balcony. It was a great view and due to distance the sound level wasn't too bad and you could almost enjoy the music. However, there is absolutely no leg room. Several in the party were under 5'7" and were complaining about no leg room and the 5'11" companion had his knees... More

Capitol Center for the Arts is the best venue for an evening out for a play, concert or comedy show. Great Date Night venue! It's clean and prices for drinks are reasonable.
