Great 9 hole course ! It opens with a nice par 4 that provides an opportunity to get off to a nice start and ends with an equally straight forward and scenic par 4 that allows the player to finish well. In between the course challenges both beginner and more advanced players with water hazards as well as large manicured greens that can add some deceptive length to the holes and can have some tricky pin placements. Pro shop staff are friendly and the course is well maintained.
We will soon be living on the 5th fairway. Happy this will be our home course. :)

Non members can ask at the gate for admission. Limited items on menu but what we did have was good with excellent service

I absolutely love the condition of the course. It's very well looked after. The condition of the greens, in my opinion, are some of the best I've golfed on. The course provides a challenge for beginners and advanced golfers. The pro-shop staff are very friendly and professional. There are some nice food options as well. If the beverage cart isn't out on the course the pro-shop staff will let you know. They also have cooler bags available to keep extra drinks cold. Overall I would recommend this golf course to anyone that is looking for a little fun and enjoyment.

The service at Gleniffer Lake Golf Course starts from the moment you walk in the pro shop. The staff are friendly and the service is prompt and professional. They have a lovely display of golf attire and an excellent variety of drinks to choose from. They also make fresh sandwiches which are super tasty!!! The course is in excellent shape and pride of ownership is visible everywhere you look!!!!

Where do I start. As someone who is spending my summers here, I am extremely disappointed in this course.
1) Rental clubs are short!!! Like bend your knees for every shot
2) Course is hideous, weeds every where. Barely maintained.
3) Members are rude. Tried to tell my employees that they had to pay for the house my guy hit.... don’t the houses have insurance or the course for that matter????
4) Course is understaffed. Can’t keep a full time beer tub employee working the course, should have informed us at the beginning that the course was severely under funded and we would have stocked up at the club house.
5) Only one bathroom on the course
Why did we buy this golf course again???

These golfers brought a cooler of outside liquor onto the course, which violates Alberta liquor laws. We have a responsibility to follow these regulations which exist for good reason, so the cooler was confiscated. It remains in the Manager’s office if they would like to retrieve it. They were so advised when it was removed from the course. They were advised they could not play with one set of clubs for two people because it slows down play, particularly important on a busy day. There are a variety of sizes of clubs available for rent. They hit a home alongside the course with a golf ball. Our policy (very standard) is that the golfer is responsible for checking for damage and providing the homeowner with his information if there is. They just continued to play, and did not check. A member witnessed this and spoke with them. The only weeds on the course are around the water, called cat-tails. We would be happy if these people golf on other courses. We don’t need or want this type of customer.
