As others have said, this is part of the Flume Gorge paid attraction. We all really enjoyed this waterfall, and the flume gorge walk. It is really beautiful here. Our kids are ages 6,8,10, and 12. We all had no problem with this walk/hike.

NOTE:: The only way to see this fall is to pay the admission to the Flume Gorge and enjoy the hike. Well worth the money this trail is well kept and beauty likes behind each corner you turn.

Part of the flume gorge hike. Very neat and pretty. Long 2 mile hike for someone like me who doesnt hike very often. But it was all worth it!

Another great New Hampshire waterfall. Not difficult to reach and cool on a hot July day. Bring your camera!

This is a lovely falls at the Flume Gorge. It stands out, as it falls three times until it touches the river. It's truly beautiful. I stood there enjoying this falls. What a beauty!

The Avalanche Falls are within the Flume Gorge so a fee is payable to access them. They are probably the highlight of the trail. We visited on a weekday morning when only a few other people were there. The falls have a forty-foot plunge and,...More
