Like skiing Gunstock - but - school vacation crowds were too much for Gunstock to handle! Shuttle service was very poor-or not available - for crowds that were instructed to park in overflow lots. Jammed traffic on access roads blocked Gunstock shuttle buses and skiers'...More

We skied today (night ski 3-9) and ended up leaving after 5 runs.. it was like skiing down a bobsled course. Runs were roped off so much and so many wipe outs. We’re both intermediate skiers but stick to the greens. I hope the make...More

We returned to Gunstock with our oldest son in tow for a family ski-vacation reunion. Gunstock did not disappoint, with the only negative that some of the higher-traffic area's were skied off in the afternoon. Considering the lack of natural snow, conditions were very good...More

It had snowed on Wednesday, so my hubby and I decided to head for some skiing up north. We decided on Gunstock as we saw that we could ski for 4 hours for a, um, Senior Citizen (over 60) price of $39.00. We were in...More

Skiing is okay for a beginner-intermediate area. The big problem is the parking system. They had cars parked three deep with the middle row of cars completely blocked in by the car in front and the car in back. So the people int the middle...More

Have skied Gunstock 5 years in recent years and really enjoy it! Beautiful views of Lake Winnepesakee (sp?) from the top and a decent number of black diamond and blue square trails, closer to Boston by 30 minutes than Breton Woods, etc. Great ski area...More

Great mountain to learn to ski, reasonably priced. Great views of Lake Winnipesaukee from summit. Restaurant, cafeteria with huge rock fireplace. Full service ski resort. Close to the Lakes Regional hospital just in case you have an accident.

Loved views from the top of the mountain and the ride up and down the mountain was spectacular. There were other activities for kids but we passed on those.

No idea, but I know they were having a craft fair sometime or other but I think it may have been in August. You can go onto their website and check out their events page.
