Seems like a cash grab

Haven't been there yet, but you have to love a place that has zero free parking and charges more for decent parking than for the ticket for the event itself.

Awesome Venue
Sep. 2019
Listening to amazing music by amazing bands while watching the sunset was spectacular. We went to see Willie Nelson and every opening group was terrific. A really enjoyable evening.

Great Venue but too far out of the way
Aug. 2019
I was attending a concert and this is the most out of the way place I've even been. Only secondary roads lead to it. After arriving we were charged $15.00 to park in a field (we have handicapped plates and my husband is in a wheelchair). They search you and all your belonging before you go in and you even have to go through a metal detector, like at the airports. NO PURSES are allowed, yet they have many little places inside the venue that sell food and drink $15.00 for a beer? $5.00 for a soda. I chose not to buy anything at all as I'm not about to carry my money or cards in my pocket. They said it was for safety concerns, why I can agree with some of the searchings I completely disagree that you can't bring in a purse or a beverage so a disabled person can have it to take their medication. . PRICE GOUGING AT IT'S FINEST.

First Timers - Hall and Oates
Aug. 2019
First time to the venue, first time to ever see Hall and Oates. Spent extra for VIP parking, Sam Adams Brewhouse, great seats (thanks to H&O All Access Membership for early ticket purchase). Greeted at gate by "Sue" with a friendly smile. Walked around enjoying the sights. Made friends with seat attendant "Jeff" who showed us other seat options for future concerts. Had a great light dinner at Sam Adams. Found our seats - they were awesome - and listened to the last couple songs by opening act. Hall and Oates has a great opening sequence of clips of their greatest hits. Daryl & John and the boys in the band came out and played Maneater - it was just awesome to see & hear. They looked ready to put on a great show. Mother Nature shut things down with lightning. The GM first evacuated the lawn folks, we waited and then they said the show was cancelled. Sadly we all headed out from the protection of the amphitheater to the rainstorm - we lucked out with the VIP parking, but others were darting around in the dark trying to find their cars. Wish they had rescheduled, as we made friends with all the folks sitting near us - it would've been fun to see them all again. I filed for a refund and got all my money back within a week's time. I will say that the venue did a good job of answering questions online - at one point I was able to direct message the GM. We will give it another try next summer.

Awesome Venue and ......

This visit was the first time I was at this Venue. We did pay for optimum parking and it was well worth the cost. Getting in was no trouble and we instructed on every turn where to go. And after the comcert(Alice Cooper), we were on the main road within 5 minutes after leaving our parking spot. I will surely go back the next time they have a performer I want to see.

Great venue however not as good as previous times.

We went to see Hall and Oates last night. We always have loved this venue however this time I brought my usual small cross body purse and I wasn’t allowed in. I had to walk all of the way back to the car which was a pain. Hall and Oates played one song and due to “bad storms” they cancelled their show! They said they needed the customers to be safe but they kept the beer and food tents open! To me that just doesn’t make any sense. I had better get a refund. Not happy with this place.

Great Place. But getting pricey
Aug. 2019
So it is a good place to see a show They are strict in the parking area. The food and drinks are expensive. and now they are totally cashless....Not a fan of being forced to use a card.

No Longer A Pavilion Virgin
Aug. 2019 • Couples
My wife and I recently attended the Barenaked Ladies / Hootie and the Blowfish concert at the Pavilion - my first trip there. And I had a BLAST.

First, the parking was convenient and getting out was much quicker than I'd expected.

The entry courtyard offers quite a variety of concessions. Honestly, I would not get another double margarita - one size glass with a double shot. It was just TOO strong and not very enjoyable. A single would have been far preferable.

The venue itself was excellent. We were in the front row, behind the pit. Only downside was the inability to sit - at all - due to the crowd standing right in front of us. A small issue...

The acoustics were fine... and the site lines were excellent. The crowd was really into the concert without being a distraction... probably owing as much to the groups as anything else. We had one issue with two drunkards... I complained to the staff - who immediately responded and remedied the problem.

Exiting the venue was pretty quick... and, as I referenced earlier - getting out of the parking lot was much quicker than, say, TD Garden.

Overall an excellent concert experience... I'm already looking forward to the next time.
