We stopped here here looking for something today and fell in love. The water flowing is peaceful and calming. There are enough people around that it’s not creepy like your in the woods alone but is not overcrowded and you have plenty of space to...More

I have been going here for years. It's a nice, quick stop before going to major attractions in the area. It's free, scenic, and a great place to dangle your feet over the natural slides and falls. I don't think you are supposed to swim...More

The actual Basin is only about 1/2 a mile from I 93 and very impressive, a whirlpool. From there you can hike up the river seeing rushing water and falls or take a flatter trail down the river.

Took my grandchildren to the flume and basin. My grandparents took me many times. Beautiful walk and trails. Harder for me now I'm older. Wonderful river falls past it. Maybe last free attraction in Franconia notch

The scenery here is beyond words. It is extremely beautiful and such a great place to visit. It was well worth the hike around when your able to get to a nice spot where you can put your feet in the freezer rocky water!
