Being a “local” it is always fun to show others some of the more unusual and out of the way stories of our local history. The love and dedication of this family toward their prize horses is evident here. A great short stop and easy...More

Of course, the idea of a horse cemetery is a bit novel, but it's just a small fenced in plot with 6 or 8 horses underneath small marker stones.

Went here after reading the reviews. As most of them stated it was only worth stopping because we had passed it several times on our way into and out of Littleton downtown. A nice story, and a curious site but only worth stopping to tell...More

While potentially "underwhelming," how many "horse cemeteries" have you been to? There's a plaque explaining the origin (I won't spoil it) and how it is maintained. It's a nice spot, but probably not more than a quick stop.

Interesting stop up the road from the ice cream shop. Small lot with a few markers. Disappointing stop, I would not return.

A nice walk up Cottage Street from Main Street Littleton, then a right onto Mount Eustis. This little cemetery is on the left after the overpass. A great story. Oh! Don't forget to check out the new rope tow directly across the street.

Was smaller than expected, but in a very pretty setting and it ended up being a sweet spot to spend an idle minute during our stay in Littleton.

Quaint and quick walk to the most beautiful paddock-like area where their treasured mounts now rest. Just lovely.

Charming cemetery with a sweet and poignant story. It is not much, but worth the stop. If not for the posted signs it would have been missed.
