If your looking to picnic, fish, or go for a quiet hike with some breath taking scenery Massabesic is perfect, swimming is prohibited but you can still drop a kayak in the water and enjoy the view

Park car and relax at picnic tables, or ride or walk trails for miles. Beautiful scenery, boats on lake . Peaceful area to read or just ponder.

Lake Massabesic is a wonderful lake for activities, but also great to sit by. There are some trails that are easy and fun. A great picnic area, and the Audubon Society is right up the road!

Visited s driving past to give dog a walk. Quiet day, plenty of parking and nice to stroll and look out across the lake.

Great daytime getaway for the kids! Shoreline fishing is permitted. Picnic tables and barbecue area. Many portable toilets also available. Excellent views of the lake. Great for apartment dwellers with no yard! Tons of free parking.

That is a good idea, I had bought a pair of wading boots to get my boats in/out of the water and getting into/out of the boots in the boat was one serious exercise that in the 2 man kayak, risked capsizing and in the 1 man... More
