Best to have your own Kayak during good weather. No real solid centre of activity so the rentals are a little hit or miss and are priced accordingly. All in all just bring your own and it's a flawless experience.

I have lived around this lake most of my life. The fishing and small boating is great. Please keep in mind the NH Fish and game actively patrol the water for people fishing without a license, boating recklessly and swimming or wading in the water....More

this walking path is not paved and has some areas that are difficult for walking after a rain terrain gets muddy. scenery is beautiful lake can be seen from almost everywhere

That is a good idea, I had bought a pair of wading boots to get my boats in/out of the water and getting into/out of the boots in the boat was one serious exercise that in the 2 man kayak, risked capsizing and in the 1 man... More
