We've been to the Fells four times and three seasons now. We've visited the gardens and toured the historic house. We've been to a wedding there and also to their November Christmas Showhouse. We've never been disappointed. Looking forward to snowshoeing there this winter.

Unfortunately the house itself was closed th day we went. Hiked on of the trails that brought you down to the shore of Lake Sunapee. Toured all the beautiful gardens. If you're staying at the Mountain Edge Resort they have complimentary passes to the Fells.

What a great experience. Very well maintained property with a lot of history and beautiful grounds. You'll get your exercise walking around the grounds - places to sit here and there to enjoy the view of the lake or the perennial bed. Worth the trip.

I have been there several times as I live nearby. Wonderful walking through the woods, gardens and the trail along the lake. The gardens are especially lovely when in bloom and the outdoor exhibit of sculpture yearly is always interesting. Not to be missed if...More
