See North Conway from a different perspective. Great spot to eat lunch a nice summers day. You can drive virtually to the edge. Parking available then a short 200 foot walk to the ledge.

What a great place to stop and take in the scenery of North Conway. If you don't like heights this may not be for you. The road up is steep and a bit hairy, use 2nd gear on the way down. While you're up there...More

Hiked in from the main road and the views were spectacular. Icicles hanging from the the rocks glistened in the sunshine.

The view from Cathedral Ledge is breathtaking and it is a wonderful place to visit, especially during the summer. Camping facilities are available nearby.

This is a magical place. Amazing view over the Conway valley, and over the years I've seen people rock climbing up and hang gliding down. There is an edge to the ledge, so be careful.

Taking a turn off Main Street in Conway, up first Washington Street and then West Side Road, after a few miles you come across signs for this attraction. The drive is easy with only one particular steep bit, although I guess they do close the...More

We had been to the base many times and watched the rock climbers, but this was the first time we drove up to the top. We lunched there and the view was magnificent. There are no picnic tables, so be prepared to sit on the...More

Lived up there for 20+ years. The only gate there is when they close the road from the winter months to when the snow is gone in the spring. You can pretty much access the top any time the gate is not closed.

The fenced area is about 50ft... but there is a section to the left of this area that is not! That area is very dangerous because one wrong step, it down to the bottom!
