Items never change, but good shopping every few years

The first few years we visited the barn, we were pleased at the multitude of crafts and items of interest. Now, it just "the same old thing".

For over 23 years, we always make a stop at the Handcrafter's Barn whenever we're in North Conway. At any time of the year, it's like having a quality craft fair just waiting for you. Most recently, I was distracted while shopping by some awesome crafted wood items and neglected to go back and pick up an ornament that I... More

Love shopping for unique handmade items. Jewelry pottery, etc. This place has it all. Seasonal items too. Christmas Halloween Fall. Items that are kitschy. 3 levels of "stuff"

There are three levels filled with booths. Each one with diffrent products from jewelry to furnature. Some of the handcrafted furnature is rustic style, some made with twigs and branches, but most are unstained wood with a rustic feel. Poasters and more for your home or ski lodge, along with mugs and more useful things.

This place is a true treasure! This is the third trip my boyfriend and I have made to North Conway, but only the first visit to the Handcrafter's Barn. If you are a fan of Primitive Decor, Country Crafted items then this is the place you want to be! In the Barn, there are 3 floors of paintings, photos, home... More

The Handcrafter's Barn is a collection of items from different craftsmen. There were different types of crafts, lots of jewelry, framed photographs, and more. There were photos of moose which I almost bought because it was the only moose we saw on our trip.

We discovered this place as we stopped to check out the highly advertised Bavarian Chocolate House on White Mountain Highway in North Conway. I'll review the Chocolate House separately, but, let's just say, this was the highlight between these two side by side stores. The "Barn" is set up into separate booths, or shopping areas. It appears that the items... More

Multiple floors with a variety of cool items. Love all the neat things here. I love this store and always seem to buy something when we're here. Definitely worth a visit.

Went on July 4th, 2015. The main street through town was a wall to wall parking lot. When we finally saw a sign for a public parking lot we got happy. Little did we know that it only had about 10 parking spots and there were 4 cars waiting in the lot for someone to leave. We thought we found... More
