I visit here at least once a year. The trails are great, but not personally used them for quite a while. The rangers are very friendly and helpful. Well worth the trip even if you drive to the top!

Good hike or drive up the switchbacks, fantastic views, take a picnic or count the raptors in the fall, it's a lovely small park.

It is a very good hiking path. The best time for visiting is in early summer or early fall. It is not super easy take your good boots.
