If you don't want to pay for a reclining leather seat in a jumbo theater and enjoy the good 'ole days, this is the theater for you. Not a thing has changed over the years, including the ticket booth, the snack bar and the tiny bathrooms. The theater brings you back to a gentler time, but the lumpy seats and... More

A historic movie house just as it was back in the day. It is our default date night movie place. Not at all fancy.

It's well located, good parking and reasonably priced. It's an old fashioned theater with popcorn, candy and soda. No lattes, reclining seats or trendy amenities

Tiny movie theatre a half mile from the beach. Original everything. Nice to experience what the local movie theatre was like before big commercial movie theatre chains moved in. There are only one or two shows daily so call to get the times of the shows. Its small but also less expensive than the larger commercial theatres.

Coming back after 50 years, this place holds so much cherished memories. The pre-movie music is as nostalgic as the theater. A true gem from the small candy counter to the seats of my childhood. How I love the Beach Cinema. Long may you stand.

Local movie theatre, open for night shows weekdays and a matinee on weekend as well. Its an older theatre, so its a bit nostalgic. Only one show plays per week. Nice atmosphere, has a refreshment stand as you go in .

This is a great little theater but don't expect the modern amenities. It is old fashioned and charming. Seat are small, they do not recline and there are no cup holders. The floor is old and in the summer it feels sticky from the humidity. You do not have to sit through 20 minutes of previews, they only run the... More

Price is right, popcorn has real butter! Not always first run films and there is sometimes a musty smell, but they just spent a lot on a digital projection system and the movies are sharp and the sound is good.

Throwback to your childhood. This place is the old-time movie theater you went to as a kid. They show first-run movies. Come just to reminisce about a simpler time in a small town. No multiplex here. Added bonus ---- excellent restaurants all within walking distance.
