Took our two grandkids, one almost 7 and the other almost 3 to the Garden State Discovery Museum. I was impressed with the displays and exhibits. They are certainly well thought out and each exhibit seems to offer involvement for kids of various ages. Accompanying adults can explain things at a level they know their kids will understand and learn.... More

We probably could have spent an entire day at this place -- at least the kids could have. So... More

We bought tickets for our 6yr nephew and 4yr niece as a gift. They had a fantastic time and spent many hours playing!

We used our groupon to go that I had purchased over summer break. The week between Christmas and New Year is crowded. We went around 11:30 thinking it would thin out a little for lunch. It did, but at 1pm we were slammed in there again. The kids loved playing in the California Pizza Kitchen and in the hospital area.... More

They also have a childrens theater (little plays ) that my children have participated in several times and... More

I brought my 3 year old grand niece there. From the pianos she loved out front, to the theater, to the AC MOORE art room, to face painting, fun make believe pizza parlor, silver bullet diner, to the trucks and rabbits in the outdoor butterfly garden area, we both were very happy and enjoyed the day!! We brought our own... More
