who knew? this little pint size museum is just right as part of an nyc day trip to clinton...set on the river it houses a nice variety of exhibits...whimsical extraordinarily creative....the thread exhibit and the spaghetti western exhibit were particularly enjoyable as well as seeing...More

Four of us came to see a wonderful art exhibition after a terrific lunch nearby along the river. The shows here are always great, it's accessible and has an elevator, and the staff is super friendly.

We arrived 15 minutes prior to closing time on a spring Sunday. What a fast and fascinating tour! First floor hadhuge colorful Wengenroth paintings of northwest NewJersey streams. Second floor had a room of interesting ceramics. A special exhibit called Constructions included some fascinating towers....More

If only every community could have this type of place. Wonderful exhibits (no permanent collection, but fascinating temporary exhibits that challenge and delight). Beautiful setting. A real gem.
