This is a great place to hike, but the trails are not well marked, no blazes, my friend and I got lost. If there is a map available, you definitely want to bring that along.

This is the first landmass passengers arriving by ship from Europe see. For those who actually climb the peak they can see scars of the glaciers from the last ice age 15,000 to 25,000 years on the granite at the summit, long striations. Amazing.
