Seems to be a lot of shady charachters hanging around. Maybe a homeless camp near? JC has too much violence for my family to come here anymore

Great view of Manhattan with plenty of fun things to do on the NJ Side of the Hudson River. Great restaurants offering every style of cuisine - Japanese, Tex-Mex, Italian, Great Diners, Seafood, Korean, etc.

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Jersey City, beautiful place but we had to pay The Path and the MTA when visiting the NYC. It's just really expensive for a family of five.

The memorial is an open area in a public park. Though I don't believe there's a cut off for when you could visit, you would want to attend during the day or early evening, preferably before sunset.
