The church is very beautiful,we visited last month and it was time of cherry blossom,the surrounding was very beautiful.I was not knowing that such a beautiful place is near my location.Along with this we visited the park near by, it was great time with family.

This cathedral, the fifth largest in the US, will make you feel as if you'd caught a plane to France. There are so many beautiful stained glass windows, statues and carvings that you should plan to spend a fair amount of time in the basilica....More

May be the largest church in New Jersey & certainly one of the most beautiful. We have attended religious services here as well as a Confirmation and a funeral, all of which were very moving and impressive.

A peaceful place to walk quietly and take in the draw dropping beauty. No tripods or big camera lenses alowed. Try to visit on a bright sunny day so the stained glass window colors "pop".

You don't have to buy ticket...but normally I always donate a few dollars into the donation box right next to the secretary's window. As for visiting hours...this is the best part...you can visit it any time even when there... More
