Are you kidding me? Although I love my stylist @ Esthetica it took me many months in to the pandemic to get up the courage to go in & sit for hours and possibly risk my health to get my hair done. When I made the appointment I inquired what safety precautions were in place to keep their clients & employees safe. I was assured that they were following all CDC and state guidelines by taking temperatures & having clients sign health affidavits that all would abide by rules of wearing a mask. While there with my mask on, to my amazement a tall short haired blond woman was walking around the salon with no mask on. Then she was getting her hair washed with no mask on. As I watched this woman walk over to get her hair cut once again with no mask on I inquired why this woman was allowed to proceed getting services without a mask on and was told “oh that’s M.E., she works here”. What kind of answer is that? At my request my stylist walked over and said something to her twice to put her mask on during the time I was there. On my way out, there sat the tall short haired blond receptionist with her new do, who had the audacity to mouth off to me, the paying client who followed protocol to keep myself and those around me safe at this salon. It’s a matter of consideration & common curtesy to those in your company to wear a mask as you ask others to do the same. I wouldn’t employ someone this arrogant & selfish. Will be looking for a new salon.…

John Lennox has his own little guys haven at the Esthetica Salon in Northfield, NJ. Been a customer there for years. I have never had a better haircut and occasionally a great shave. Old style barber shop, something that just doesn't exist in this area. Try it you'll go back again and again…

Our family has been using Esthetica for years. The children who are now teenagers will not go anywhere else to get their hair done. My grandson uses the male stylist to cut his hair. He does a great job.

I had my hair and makeup done for my daughters wedding by Maria. I paid my bill and left without a detailed bill of services rendered. So I’m trying to add in my head why I paid $155.00? It was $55 for special event make up, and $75 for my hair. So that’s $130 total. The manager just called me to go over the same exact story I told as told the “operator” 3 days prior. She pretty much didn’t care that I was charged $25 for EYE LASHES, that I was not told how much they were, before application. She asked me while doing my eye makeup, with an overly happy voice, “would you like lashes”? I took it as they were included in the makeup service? The manager in no way wanted to do “ the right thing”, with refunding the $25. She simply stated “we will make sure Maria asks her future clients, before, she puts them on”. Really? I couldn’t believe the “don’t care” attitude from a business where people pay ALOT of money for their services, and expect to not be a participant in their bait and switch scheme.
