Clean, great lifeguards, warm water! Love to see such dedicated life guards. Great beach for little kids, best at low tide. High tide can be rough.

The L Street entrace is a great location to enjoy the shore. Just far enough form the boardwalk and piers to avoid the noise but close enough to enjoy the sights, especially at night. Away from the surfers so there is plenty of room in...More

A beautiful and well maintained beach, bordering Island Beach State Park. There is a hotel/restaurant/bar near the border of the Park, right off the beach. $8 individual daily beach rate.

If you want to enjoy miles of white sand beach with plenty of elbow room, this is the place! A boardwalk experience is nearby; so is a protected, natural state park. This is the most restful beach on tje Jersey shore.

Fun time on the Jersey Shore, arcades, shops, food, bars/drinks, souvenirs. A mixed bag of people, with families, friends and all ages. Can be crowded on the weekends, paid beach, mostly paid parking. Day and night life.

Best information is on the town's web site. It is strongly suggested reading for first time visitors, as there are many rules. There are NOT many places with bathrooms at the beach. If bathrooms are important Seaside Heights... More
