If you are anywhere near Franschhoek you want to make this drive, either as part of a loop or a drive and return trip over several hours. The views are spectacular and there are lots of opportunities to stop and take pix of the scenery...More

On the way to Cape Agulhas it was raining so poor visibility I was so disappointed. On the way back, stunning views. Definitely worth going there

You could be in Austria or Switzerland when driving into the town of Franschhoek through the pass coming from Villiersdorp. You just cannot take it all in and the mountain side is wonderful to see with all the wildflowers.

This is probably one of the most stunning views you'll ever see and is definitely worth it to have a complete experience of Franschoek

it is worth seeing this small village, you can feel small town with french colony, small road side restaurants , small houses in South Africa. drive to franschhoek is really wonderful and scenic.
