Drove out to Franschhoek from Cape Town on a rainy, cold miserable Sunday having bought tickets for the wine tram/bus tour. Lunch was booked at Dieu Donne and I can say without hesitation that it was worth the effort. The restaurant was busy but the...More

Nice venue but wine tasting was not the best experience we had. Lovely restaurant and lovely venue. Prices are expensive.

We stopped here for the beautiful setting. We had a brief wine tasting. We went to Roco's restaurant - booking is a must. The food was fantastic. If you are thinking of just having a starter, those portions are small but the main portions are...More

The place is situated on the top of the hill & it provides you a beautiful view of the area. The staff @ the place are friendly and very helpfull. If ur the wine lover, this should be a place to visit.

The service at the wine tasting is shocking! Staff sat behind the counter, we had to fetch our own wine constantly. The cheese platter is a big disappointment, not the money's worth.

We were in Franschoek at the end of April. Such stunning views from the beautiful garden area. It was a perfect autumn day. Crisp air and blue sky. We went for the wine tasting but would love to have lunch on our next trip.
