I had a good walk around this mall twice. I also came to eat twice in the food court which is very nice cheap food. There is plenty of good shops.

One of the excellent luxurious shopping malls at the heart of Korat city, Nakhon Ratchasima province. From the Korat bus terminal, you may take a local tuk-tuk or motorbike taxi to reach there.

This is the biggest shopping mall in Korat and in The Mall's group. Here has a lot of goods and foods in a air-conditioning building. Some shopping mall had a little cheaper goods, but I bought from here because it has a good and nice after sale service that I never met from others.
Anyway, it is very jam on Fri-Sun. I love to go on Mon-Tue instead.

This is a large western style shopping mall. It is dearer than many ordinary shops but not expensive by western standards. If you arrive early parking is easy, it opens at 10:30am. If later then the attached parking areas will be pretty full. However there is a large parking area next to the mall with a short free golf buggy ride to the shops (100/200 metres). The mall has a large number of eating outlets including a massive Thai fast food zone. There are also a large number of western and other Asian style ( eg Japanese, Korean) restaurants if you want. All the major banks are there and many cash machines. There is a cine complex which features western movies. There is a large food supermarket which has many western products to complement the Thai food and drink. It also has butchers, fishmongers and good fruit. It is more expensive than other Thai shopping areas but is not expensive by western standards, in my view. You can buy pretty well anything in the shops but not good for larger western sizes in clothes. Holidaymakers probably would not be interested in coming here, but should give it a try. Search around and you can find many interesting purchases. Personally, as an ex-Pat I find it very useful. I am a Khorat resident.

The Mall, as the name suggests, is basically just an enormous shopping mall, and wouldn't usually be my sort of thing. Indeed, it would probably lose its charm pretty quickly were it in a western country, or somewhere like Bangkok or Delhi. However, being in Korat gives it a certain odd sort of vibe that makes it quite fun, there's nothing revelationary there, though try as we might we couldn't find the cinema, but there's all variety of shops, electronic stores etc, plus a few cafes to boost your energy levels.
I wouldn't consider it to be high on anyones list, but if you have a spare morning or afternoon it might be worth a quick visit.

Visited the mall on a few occasions in October, mostly to meet with friends at the Starbucks, but also to buy a couple of items. The mall seems to have most shops you would need - high and medium range fashion stores, electronic goods, hairdressers, restaurants etc. Pricier than than the streets of Korat, but consistent for a mall.

Haven't had a chance to fully explore the recent additions / expansion but even among the malls I have visited in downtown Bangkok I still like The Mall Ratchasima better than all the others. It is quite expansive, has a huge selection of dining options everything between fine dining and "street food" cafeteria. Many great shops as well, electronics, clothing, sporting goods - you get the idea. If malls are your thing, this one is pretty nice.

Easy to obtain your necessities at Guardian and Boots on ground level, and if you're not feeling adventurous enough for local food, there's fast food and chain restaurants (e.g. Swensens, Macs). The information counter is located in front of Boots, if you should require help navigating this huge mall.

After the novelty of 2 new super large shopping centres opening the Mall is still packed with customers. It is the biggest shopping centre in north-eastern Thailand. There are over 400 shops to cater for your every need. The best western groceries, restaurants plus the massive Thai food hall and you have great places to eat. Eat next to the large waterfall but be warned it is somewhat loud. If you enjoy Thai food then the food hall is the place to go. Most dishes are around 50 Baht. The Mall is easy to find and if you are driving then there is plenty of parking places in the multi-level car park.
